Nowhere on website said that everybody needed an ID in order to check in. Was literally 5 hours away from home and didn’t find this out till almost 1 am. Mind you, my friend did have an ID and I had my temporary + a photo of my ID (it had gotten stolen a week prior). They turned us away, which in turn left me and my friend (both women) sleeping in 10° weather at a truck stop until we were able to get into a new hotel the next morning. Thank God for the kindness of the hotel we stayed at after that didn’t make us pay an early check in fee and actually knocked some of the room price down for us. Super disappointing.

Noise! Non stop. Everyday, dogs barking, police, meth heads creeping around. Room not bad, but I was robbed of all my clothing, random foods, and lol paper plates, and plastic cutlery! Avoid! Avoid! Unless you use meth.

The building had a smell that was a mix between weg dog and weed. The hallways were dirty - like nothing had been vacuumed in really really long time (and this was more than just salt from the sidewalks becuase of it being winter getting tracked in). The room got worse: a baseboard heater cranked up so high we had to open a window to cool it down; busted sink; stained curtains; and what appeared to be old blood in the shower curtain. The frint desk person was nice enough, but was talking abiut getting drunk with one of the guestsafter her shift ended. As a whole the property felt unsafe and dirty. We actually didnt even stay more than hour before we checked out and stayed somewhere else.
