Check-in was pleasant and quick. It’s very nice that free parking is available. The apartment itself is fairly clean and has everything needed for cooking. There is dishwasher detergent and laundry tablets for the washing machine, which is a plus. The windows block noise quite well, which is important because there is a railway right next to the building. There is also a mini market on the first floor of the building — very convenient, and prices are the same as in regular stores. That’s pretty much everything that was good. Now about the downsides. The mattress is extremely soft. This might be okay for children, but for adults it’s not comfortable at all — you sink into it. Many people need proper back support, and it’s impossible to get that on this mattress. The mattress is terrible. There is not a single shelf in the shower — nowhere to put shampoo or other items. The air conditioner vents in both the master bedroom and the living room are directed straight at the beds, making it very uncomfortable to sleep with cold air blowing on you all night. When we arrived, there was a terrible smell in the apartment, something like pickles or something similar. I contacted management about this issue through Expedia, but never received a response. Overall, no one seems interested in communicating if you have questions or problems. The bedding, sofas and towels are all soaked with an unpleasant odor. For this price, it was a very poor experience. The price does not match quality

The space is great, with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Large living room and dining space. We really enjoyed the space. However it was noisy. The hotel is located right on a major road and the noise from the street was very noticeable. The pool and gym is great.

We had the 2 bedroom suite with bay view booked. The apartment was very clean, and layout was perfect. There was a good variety of amenities also included. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Transportation was very easy to access, and the location was very commutable to all the main areas as well. We would 100% recommend this place, and would stay again.

Loved the decor. Everything exceeded our expectations! Bed was comfortable too. Lovely pool and lounge area. Recommend a noise maker though. It’s Miami so expect the roar of motorcycles and sirens throughout the night. Also late night noises from above. We were prepared for this so we would go back!

The room and overall facilities were nice and well-maintained, so in that regard the stay met expectations. Unfortunately, the front desk experience fell short. Staff interactions felt unhelpful and somewhat dismissive, creating the impression that basic guest requests were an inconvenience rather than part of the service experience. This made day-to-day interactions less welcoming than expected. One practical note for future guests: if you plan to receive packages during your stay, I’d recommend using an Amazon locker instead. The hotel’s package handling system could use improvement and adds unnecessary frustration. With some attention to customer service training and package management processes, this could be a much stronger guest experience.

Everything you could want for a short or long stay. Would definitely book again. My only complaint is that we did not receive full information for checkin which caused a delay in being able to enter the unit because we weren’t provided an access code. After multiple calls, and returns to the front desk, we were finally able to get in. Hope this does not happen in the future.
