You get what you pay for. 104.00 for the night. The place was super super old and the paint was all over the place, some mold on the caulk in the bathroom. The nice thing was it didn’t smell and was clean and staff was nice.

This property was in terrible condition—avoid staying here. I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a shuttle service. However, upon my arrival to the airport, there was no communication from the hotel staff. I was simply instructed to look for a white van at the airport. After spending 10 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what to do and where to go, I was informed by the customer service representative that after 10 PM, the shuttle service was no longer available. As a result, I had to order an Uber and request a refund for that cost. Additionally, the hotel DOES NOT have an elevator, we still had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Once in the room, it was uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning did not work properly. We had to repeatedly unplug and plug it back in to get it functioning. The breakfast offered was disappointing—consisting of only pre-cooked eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, and waffles. Lastly, the garden area was being demolished, and it was not an appealing sight, as trash and broken pieces of wood were scattered around.

Very plain lobby (no plants, no design, bare). No elevator so had to haul luggage to the second floor up about 25 steps. Room was clean and air conditioner was on. There were plenty of USB ports and plugs for phones, laptops, etc. Bathroom was small but clean with nice Dove products. Forgot a toothbrush so lobby provided that and toothpaste which was great. Front desk receptionist and security guard (who doubled as our AC fixer) were great!

We took a shuttle however waited very long for Garden Hotel shuttle, I think we could have taken another hotel one. Receptionist is very friendly and quick. Rooms not very soundproof. Spanish restaurant just diagonal of hotel and good food.

Amazing garden

It was amazing, comfortable, very nice hotel and at a afortable price. There are some restaurant on walking distance. You will have to reserve a day before the shuttle at the frontdesk, it was right in time when we needed him.
