The pro, the service was quick and friendly. The cons, looks like it was a 5-star hotel years ago, but definitely more dated and worn now. The spa was very crowded and not inviting or relaxing. For a wellness resort, there were so many kids - definitely not the relaxing environment I was hoping for. The adult pool had a lot of garbage around and no service.

Lovely property. Very strict beach staff that won’t let you eat/drink anything unless purchase at the hotel. I understand - but when you are with kids and need a lm affordable snack or drink that should be allowed. Hotels have made the food options so unbearably unaffordable so this is not appreciated. Constantly asking for you room and whether you are staying there feels low class. Also air conditioner/fab in the room is sooo loud - enough to wake you multiple times a night
