This hotel does not deserve a single star. Honestly, it should not even exist. Calling this place a “hotel” is an insult to hotels. It feels more like a shelter for homeless people than a place meant for travelers. The reality has nothing in common with the photos online — those pictures must be at least 20 years old. The ceilings are leaking. The building is in terrible condition and feels unsafe. Police were coming to the property almost every evening. There are drug dealers and random suspicious people walking around at all hours. The room conditions are shocking: • No door in the bathroom • No shower curtain • No toilet paper • No towels • No lamp • No basic amenities at all The walls are completely damaged and dirty. There is zero sanitation. The bed is almost falling apart. And the worst part — cockroaches and bed bugs everywhere. In the bed, on the bed, crawling over your belongings. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I genuinely do not understand how this place is still operating. It should be shut down and demolished. Staying here is a nightmare and a health risk. Avoid at all costs.

It was neither a hotel nor a Motel, it was a place for the homeless, dirty, and unsafe. Think it is irresponsible for Expedia, as a reliable enterprise, to include a place like this in our hotel list.

Once I arrived, there was no room available when I got to the hotel. Not because they were full; there were no clean rooms. This was around 2 or 3 in the evening. I had to sit in the lobby with my belongings for close to an hour I had to settle for a room that was not clean nor up to par. The bed sheets had dried up blood on them. The facility was filthy and there was violence throughout the night which made me feel very unsafe. I was not pleased at all with but stay there.

This hotel is not at all like the photos in the listing. Carpet ripped up, drug deal in parking lot, paint peeling, lightbulbs missing in hall ways, no staff at front desk, run down part of town. Very scary looking. We cancelled reservation and booked elsewhere.

The room I booked is nothing that the ad promotes. I didn’t have a refrigerator, tv or WiFi. Plus when I got in the room the power went out and almost had someone broke in my room. Not safe at all for nobody not even a dog

The place was ratchet before I even hit the door. The lobby was hot. The elevator doesn't work. Hallways smell and look stale. No TV available, no towels, no tissue, no soap. Bathroom dirty. Floor dirty. But for the price and area, what should I expect?
