Super except- do they really have to charge 10 fo Parking with their already inflated rates! Now that’s simply BAD business and frankly a stupid practice by an otherwise class facility! If you really need the money melt it into your room price! Who charges for parking in Marina ??? Ridiculous and left a bad taste in my mouth!!!

Nice place for a small vacation

We had 2 rooms, one for us and one for my girlfriend’s family. Both rooms were really clean, and the tvs were customized with our names so that was a cute feature. They offer room service every other day, and they got my girls family but we had to call for our room as they seemed to miss it. Their daily breakfast was awesome and was a really nice way to save some money on the trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel as well as stay in it for future trips as they made it a comfortable stay. Only thing is the beds; if you like firm beds this is for you, but my back is still screaming at me lol. Overall 9/10 recommend

Might be best to look somewhere else

We went for a weekend stay to go sight see around Monterey Bay. We stayed on the second floor, the entire floor reeked of cigarettes and smoke, despite their no smoking policy. Our room was also cleaned quite poorly, it looked like no one had swept or mopped the bathroom in quite some time. Ok for a quick weekend trip, but definitely would not stay again.

Unfortunately I have to give this property a bad review. Check in was smooth. Things I liked: staff was nice/average and the hotel looked updated. Things i did not like: there was no body soap in the shower (we didn’t bring our own like usual because it was a quick overnight trip) my daughter was in the shower so I called the front desk and let it ring and ring and ring and no one answered and I couldn’t leave her alone to walk down and ask for some-she used the hand soap. There is no dining or drink options in the hotel other than their over priced snacks and drinks behind the check in counter that they sell. The closest restaurant was Denny's and we ended up spending $50 on DoorDash for two sandwiches from Panera. They do have free Breakfast but it was mediocre. Not terrible, not really great either. Our beds had sand in them. Rooms have like zero sound barriers. It is SO NOISY, you can hear the guests above you and next to you stomp around, clear conversations and their tvs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The soap was not refilled in the shower prior to checking in. I went to the front lobby and asked for some. They said they ran out. I asked for bar soap instead and they said they ran out. There was also no hand soap in the public bathroom by the pool. The office said she would have to go to each room and see if there was any soap in an empty room. They said the soap is on back order. The inn is located across the street from Walmart. You think the least they could’ve done was walk across the street, but soap from Walmart and provide it to the rooms that people paid for.

This property seems brand new which was great because EVERYTHING was clean.. Front desk very friendly. Free Hot cocoa and coffee upon entering which my kids loved. They loved the heated indoor pool even more. They swam for two hours when we arrived and again later that evening plus in the morning before we left. When we asked for more swim towels they promptly refilled. Upon leaving for dinner they had freshly made chocolate chip cookies at the front desk! We had the free buffet breakfast which had small western omelettes (delish), bacon, sausages, make your own waffle, variety of pastries and fruits, variety of cereal, oatmeal. All of which were fresh and delicious. Everything was also very neat and clean. There was a worker that was asking how everything was, greeting and cleaning. I would definitely recommend this place and come back.
