My family and I stayed in the ocean front jr suite. The staff was very friendly and the view was spectacular. We were situated near the bonfire area. I didn’t experience any noise issues since they were far enough from our room. The only issue we experienced was getting locked out of our room for 45 minutes; the door mechanism leading to our room malfunctioned and needed to be reprogrammed. The staff responded to this on a timely manner, but was an inconvenience considering it was getting dark and was fairly cold. I would still recommend this location to anybody that is trying to find a nice get away.

Great experience! Totally worth to spend money! There is a small parking lot past the restaurant. If you do not want to take the hotel car to your room, park there and you need to walk 1-3 minutes to your room.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Right in the beach, we had such a nice time. Very clean pool and jacuzzi. Staff was great.

We stayed 2 nights over the weekend. Two adults and two older children (9 and 11). The staff was pleasant and informative. The room, 2nd floor on the sand, was in good shape and functional. The bed was very comfortable and the couch pull out bed was big and nice. The bathroom had 2 showers which was great. The nights were quiet. The area seems safe. There is a new restaurant on the grounds, we tried it once for dinner (not sure if they serve other meals). Food was good. We stayed right on the sand and the view was amazing. The pool and hot tub are really nice and well kept. For some odd reason, the very small refrigerator was stocked with a bunch of drinks we didn't want, which we think were not free? Unclear. Also, we were surprised to find out that you can't drive your car to your room. You have to load your luggage on a golf cart (with help from bell boy), and then be transported to your room. Strange and slightly inconvenient, but it was fine. Overall, we liked it.

The view from out room was amazing. I did feel that the Resort needed a little more updating for the price of the night. It was a bummer that breakfast was not included. Also the restaurant was under renovation during our stay and there was a charge for room service if food was being ordered :( The view and location is BEAUTIFUL!!! and it's also a beautiful place if you bring children along. But for the price, the resort should provide their guest with free breakfast.

We booked a suite with an amazing unblocked view of the ocean. I would recommend this resort as it was quiet, clean and you can't beat the views.

First off,the front desk is what made this an awful experience. We never had our room cleaned unless we called for service and they also showed up to clean at 5:00pm which is closing time for them I was told. This one day I had to call front desk 3 times before anyone came in. They screwed up too when we were checking out, stating that my husband's credit card was not on file anymore since they have a "new system" now. They were not sure on how many days I paid for my stay which was 4days., and I have the receipt! It was horrible because of the staff, she overcharged my husband's card, so she apologized and says that the funds were to be put back in his account after 4-5 business days, we are still waiting. The General manage spoke to me once and nothing was resolved and he will not return my calls. Horrible staff! Never returning.

Not impressed when you have to take a shuttle to your car all the time down to the parking lot and front office

The resort no longer lends golf carts to its guests. So at times we felt stuck in the room because you have to call a shuttle to pick you up, which is very inconvenient. There is no privacy, you feel surrounded. The patios are right next to each other and you can walk up to the neighbors and shake their hands with ease. So if you want to have a glass of wine on your patio and view the beach, you have everyone next to you doing the same. There are also people above you, I thought they rented the room to elephants! It was so loud! I had no problem leaving, I was almost happy to.

Can't wait to be back when the weather is better.Highly recommend this place.

A most exquisite location, beautiful scenary, friendly staff. It was slightly raining when we were there but that just meant we had the beach bonfire and the jacuzzi to ourselves. We only stayed one night en route to our final stop, but we have decided this will be the destination in the near future. Love this place.

Pleasant check-in with nice bonfire on beach. Nice to see they added pits. Nice people to interact with. Could use a little bigger fridge but just an overall pleasant place to stay.

We expected much more! The restaurant was closed, Windows and mosquito net are in bad conditions, bathroom is not up to date, hairdryer was not cleaned properly

The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. We had a beautiful view and sounds of the ocean and the sunsets were amazing. Breakfast was delivered to us warm and was very good.

The staff are awesome. Very fast and friendly. The golf cart was a plus for the kids.

This resort was fun for my wife daughter and I. The beach is just steps away depending on the room/unit you get. We got a great view and close room facing the beach. We got a delux oceanfront room. Which isn't very big, but makes up for in many other ways. The bathroom area was huge, and had a nice viewing area outside to sit and watch the waves. They have K cup coffe machines, microwave and refrigerators as well. Glassware for wine, Champage vlutes, and regular glasses and coffee mugs. Nice gas fireplace that keeps you and the room very warm. We arrived earlier then expected and I walked into the main office building lobby. There was a family waiting on the couches. So I assumed they were waiting for the next agent to check them in. Well the agents were just talking with each other and I felt a little confused as to what i should do. None of the agents welcomed me or acknowledged my entrance. I waited patiently, and then another couple came in. They asked me how long I have been waiting. I told them 5 minutes but that they haven't said hi, or how can we help you or anything. They just kept talking to each other. The other couple said thats exactly what happened to them earlier, and that they didn't feel to bad after seeing someone else go through the same thing. We finally both went up to interrupt the two agents conversation and asked if room were available. The said rooms were guaranteed at 4, but might be ready earlier. It was about 2pm. We decided to just go hangout by the beach until the room was ready. And once we returned to check on the room it was still not ready, but shortly after it was ready and we were taken by golf cart to our car to get our luggage. Very nice bellman drove us showed us our room and helped with our luggage. They do provide a personal golf cart to get around the property. My daughter really liked that. The do have a restaurant on site, but we did not enjoy their food. It's more for cocktails and watching sports then Anything else. It's a nice place to stay and enjoyable, if you enjoy beaches and want some piece and quiet.

Very interessant hotel, on Pacific Beach, on the Dune, with a beautiful view. That's a shame we had an apartment with view on the wall of other cottages, with name semi-view. Good to receive aperitif at arrival. The little golf-car to run in the village.

Nice oceanfront rooms -Our choice was a suite... smaller than we expected but still very nice with the fireplace and patio. Comfy beds, small kitchen with microwave in the small fridge. Large pool and large hot tub, fires on the beach at night, spa services available (book far in advance). Golf carts included for getting around ( leave car at resort main building).there was a power outage for 18 hours when we were there in the staff did everything they could to help everyone out.

Right next to the beach, very comfortable rooms! The sound of the ocean as we slept was amazing. I would glady recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get away. We weren't able to try the restaurant, but next time for sure!

Our room was right on the beach. Wonderful view. Used the golf carts to get to and from the room (a fun little addition). Beach fires, tiki torches, welcome refreshments. A great place.
