Nice morning walks for coffee, went past a small park with a pond and through 2 roundabouts.
Will definitely stay there again
quiet, clean, friendly service
We chose the property because it advertised Breakfast, Sauna & Pool plus in room refrigerators. Refrigerator was broken, Sauna didn't work, Pool closed, Breakfast was cold and very limited. Staff didn't restock any food items and started closing up early. Did not even have coffee left out for guests. Very disappointed
The staff was great.
Terrible experience. The rate was too high for the average hotel in the middle of nowhere. Nothing special at all and should be at least half price if not less. But the worst part is customer service. When we checked in on September 4th, the girl at the front desk said today's rate is $70 less than we booked. The next day when we checked out, the yang lady at the front desk was very rude. She declined to give us a recipe and said even if the rate is lower, we need to deal w the booking company. We were asking for the check-out papers, but she declined. The answer to all our questions was I don't know, and she raised her voice on us. Seriously??? Is that the attitude of the front desk person in the hotel with high rates? Orbitz not allow to share here how much we paid but this is the rate of the nice hotel in downtown of chicago. We always travel around, and this is the first experience of such a rude front desk. I recommend that the management check who was working at the front desk on September 5th in the morning and make sure this girl should not be the face of the hotel hosting clients.
Comfort Inn was a great find. Conveniently located right across the street from a Walmart in case you need anything. About 10min drive to Monterey or Salinas. Complimentary breakfast is the typical so don’t expect much. Only thing that I found odd was we stayed on bottom floor and the curtains don’t close all the way. There’s only the sheer curtain keeping a peeping Tom from looking into your room from the parking lot. Other than that…everything was good for an overnight stay.
A quiet well kept property close to a beautiful beach. It was a perfect place to stay as we worked our way up the coast to San Jose.
Nice hotel for the price. Great location just minutes to Monterey.
The best hotel of our entire trip, the staff is super friendly and she even gave us a upgrade. Clean, good breakfast, friendly and good location.
Nice hotel close to the beach. More variety in the breakfast could be nice.
The hotel was OK for the nite. The staff was polite and given that I didn't have any questions the check in was quick and easy.
Comfortable stay near Monterey and good value. The hotel and rooms are clean and spacious. Would stay again for a future visit.
I booked this hotel for my husband and I for an early anniversary trip. The hotel was in a nice location, not too crowded or a lot of traffic going by on the street. Marina beach not too far away. There is a Walmart across the street, nice to know if I needed something I could walk over there and get it. The highway was close by. The staff were very friendly. The room was big, and was neat and clean too. The breakfast in the morning was good. I was expecting a cold breakfast, like yogurt and fruit, maybe cereal. But there was that and more. It had eggs and sausage, oatmeal, muffins, danishes, toast, even waffles. It was yummy. Overall, great hotel, decent price. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!
excellent service and easy to check in and check out
Great stay. Breakfast was good. Kids like the room. Close to the cannery row, aquarium and Carmel by the sea. Thanks
