Incredibly convenient to Manchester Intl. The staff were friendly, efficient and hard working.The room was well appointed and comfortable. The woman managing the breakfast buffet the morning on 4/22 deserves special recognition despite the regulat person callimg in sick and having to keep the service stocked and organized, despite more than one professional sports team staying at the hotel in addition to the usual crowds. She deserves a medal.
The staff were wonderful. Our room was very clean. The only negative about my stay there is that they did not have any juice with the complementary breakfast. Every hotel I have stayed at has always had juice. On Sunday the breakfast place was not opened at 7AM as we were told it would be, so I had to leave and was unable to get my complementary breakfast.
Nice property. Very comfortable. Electronic keys did not work. So staff had to open doors all the time. Felt badly for them. A lot of running.
Only complaint was charging $5 to park. Super weird. The property is in a very quiet area even though it is next to the airport. Lol. It seems the flight patterns don’t go over the hotel so we slept great! Front desk staff were awesome!!
You have to pay for parking and it doesn’t state that anywhere. Rooms were old and gross. Front desk wasn’t very nice. Construction going on in the hotel and again nothing was stated on the website about it.
The shower was the best
The place was dirty. There were 2 or 3 cups of coffee grounds in the carpet by the back door. They laid there for at least 2 days. We needed a luggage rack but the front desk couldn’t find any. The star at the desk were rude and totally not helpful. Wouldn’t mitt stay here again
Not clean, not organized. The room we got was $280 and it had a dirty mattress, stained sheets, a dead fly on the couch, and a musty smell.
Reservations indicated that parking was included, but clerk indicated that b/c we reserved through orbitz, that it was not.
Property was a bit run down, and our room was not that clean. There were papers and dirt on the floor. The cabinets looked dirty.
The place was beautiful cozy. Conveniently close to the airport.
Got spoiled in Hilton. No breakfast at Marriott.
This property needs some major repairs. It is starting to look tired and worn out. For example both of our room windows in room 200B could not close. There was one fork in our room. Room was adequately clean. Outside areas were cluttered. This hotel needs some tender loving care to be brought back to Homewood Suites standards. Green moss growing on the side of the bldg.
Appears understaffed. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5pm, waited over an hour for it to be cleaned. No regular maid service during the weekend. Hotel appeared to be fully booked. I just don’t think they had enough employees to keep up with it all. All the employees were doing their best and working hard! It just felt like they need some extra hands.
Shower/tub was dirty and moldy..several pieces of broken furniture in the room. Phone in room didn’t work for housekeeping and front desk but after I was told I could press zero. Pool was closed due to COVID ( not mentioned anywhere on website) hotel across the street had the pool open! Light bulbs out on some fixtures. I wouldn’t stay there again.
