I enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable. The pillows could be a bit better. Some were lumpy. Not a big deal, but some may not like that. The young lady at the front desk on Wednesday at check-in was fantastic! She remembered me when she was there and saw me. I thought that was wonderful and I felt like she cared that I was there.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and do a wonderful job keeping this place looking nice. However, the location isn’t the safest.

Waited 15 minutes to check in as there was no staff manning the front desk. Room had no heat on until i turned it on. It took 2 hours to warm up enough to be comfortable. No microwave in rooms.
