Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica. This lovely property offers all the comforts you need for a phenomenal stay, including WiFi, AC, a 65" TV in the living room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. A super comfy king size bed. Coffee maker and espresso machine along with a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook anything your heart desires. We also provide a driveway parking spot right in front of the building. This apartment is on the second level of the building (2 stories, 3 units). This apartment is ideal for a couple but we do allow children and have an air mattress that can be set up in the living room. The peaceful ambiance of the apartment will make guests feel right at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

This was the perfect apartment for our 5 day trip to Santa Monica. The property was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities we required. It was like home from home. The parking space was convenient for our time there. The area was quite which was great. It was only a few blocks from the night life and the beach. Which was great and just what we wanted. Palisades Fire Refugees

We had to unexpectedly seek refuge due to the Palisades Fire, and we are so grateful for this property during such a stressful time. The host was incredibly understanding and accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and settled during our stay.The home itself is small but very cute and cozy and perfect for a couple. It is well-equipped with everything we needed. It provided a much-needed sense of security while we were displaced.
