We stayed at the Ocean View for a b'day celebration and it did not miss.😊 We were literally across the street from the Santa Monica Pier and woke up to the beautiful shores of the ocean and palm trees. The rooms were small and did not have a fridge or microwave, but there was a microwave in the lobby. The staff was pleasant everyday; however, there was a slight issue our 2nd night there as the guest above is were letting their children run around in the room until 2am. I had to call front desk twice until the noice subsided. Overall, it was a nice stay and we will come back to Ocean View as long as we get the same (ocean view) room, lol

Hotel was really nice. We liked the balconies for people watching. The staff was very helpful. Make sure you take them up on the free bike rentals. Beautiful tails down near the beach

The location of this hotel was perfect, mere minutes to Santa Monica Pier and beach with a fantastic view. The room was clean and the beds comfy. The staff were PHENOMENAL and really elevated the experience. We went with two small children and I felt comfortable walking around with them without issue and the surrounding areas. It’s also two or three minute walk to the Children’s Museum which is a nice bonus. We’d definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

This hotel’s location cannot be beat if you want proximity to Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade. In addition, the staff goes above and beyond to help. Our room was a bit noisy due to system humming, but not enough to discourage us from recommending it to family and friends. Overall the location, staff, cleanliness, and price point make this hotel exceptional.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Santa Monica pier; walkable to shopping and restaurants. The only “complaint” we have is the size of the beds, they are full size not queen; of course it was indicated in the description. We love the valet parking service.
