Airport shuttle service is not on time. three times over a number of visits, shuttle has taken an hour or longer to rotate. It quotes 30 mins and now has a QR code to track. Still not on time. Hotel itself is fine

So initially, I was dropped up at the Hyatt down the street of which the person checking me in would not assist me and told me to walk 10 minutes with a 70 pound suitcase. Because I was at the Hyatt down the street. Then, I had to get one of their drivers which cost me 20 bucks to seriously. Go 6 minutes by car, then. When I checked in the girl at the front desk was very rude. I was like, I'm sorry. Did you say my room was ready? And she's like, I already told you that I've stayed at hyatts before, and although it's been few and far between. But this is potentially one of the worst experiences I've ever had. For those of you who are a Hyatt members definitely around lax. Be careful and for another. If it's a company property, why would you charge someone to go from one hotel to another? When they've already paid Question I cannot wait to check out in the morning.Oh, and when I asked for directions where the shuttle was to the airport, she pointed to the right in the back.Wow going above and beyond

I tried to check in an hour after check in and the hotel staff said my room wasn’t ready. I went to another staff member and they checked me in just fine. I don’t understand the discrepancy but I felt it very unfair. I’m in town for an event and I expect for the check in time to be as stated originally. I don’t know if I would stay here again.
