Very close to LAX, however, the shuttle does not stop at the front entrance which is close to the reception and elevator. It stops in the back of the hotel which has a short distance to the back door of the hotel and then to the front desk. When you have serval pieces of luggage, there is no way you can walk in without any help. Plus the distance makes you feel unsafe esp. at night.

Easy access to LAX with a convenient shuttle every 30 mins. Restaurant on premises, with a varied menu and healthy options. Kudos to friendly and professional staff.

The only minus was the understaffing of breakfast. Many items hadn’t been refilled - no cereals, no milk for coffee, bread was the only “pastry” Otherwise, rooms were clean, front desk helpful and shuttle drivers went above and beyond. We stayed at the same property a week ago, and the breakfast was fine then.

Do NOT BOOK this hotel! I booked because it was close to the hotel. Horrible transportation - I got on a Hyatt bus - telling the driver I was going to the Hyatt on Century and when I didn’t get off at the Hyatt Regency stop - even though I came up with $21 - was dropped off at the curb about 2 blocks away with 3 suitcases to manage and to walk 2 blocks in a dimly lit alley to make it to the Hyatt I was staying at. No front entrance of hotel, no help, no auto doors. NOT FOR 70 year old widows!
