Very friendly staff member checked us in. He was very interested in our stay in London and gave some excellent suggestions. The room was very clean and although small, absolutely fine for our needs. We enjoyed a complimentary hot chocolate in one of the lounge area. Perfectly located for visiting the O2 with great links via the Jubilee line (a very short walk away).

Friendly staff and quiet room. Staff was more than kind and helpful about the good places to eat and see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is just outside of London’s city center so this is a great place to avoid the hustle and bustle of tourists. It is also a modern spot with numerous restaurants nearby. There is only a 10-15 min walk to the train station and underground mall. The room and bathroom were small but it had everything needed for comfort. A thing to note. The rooms are only cleaned after 7 days so if you are there for less than that, no cleaning will happen but you can request fresh towels and trash pick up. We were there for 5 days. This is what separates it from a traditional hotel. Overall, a safe, clean place for travelers.
