I stayed here in early May and am still dealing with unresolved issues in July.
The hotel charged both me and the third-party platform for my stay, and it took multiple follow-ups before they realised their mistake. Every time I pointed out an error, their first response was to deny it rather than investigate. When I requested a receipt, it took three separate attempts before I received the correct one – only after calling and confirming every line item.
They also charged me an additional accommodation fee, which they again initially denied before finally agreeing to refund. Throughout this entire process, the hotel made numerous operational errors and never provided any proactive updates, despite repeatedly promising to do so.
They offered Bonvoy points as a goodwill gesture but, even weeks after confirming my refund, I have yet to receive them.
For a five-star hotel, the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here if you expect reliable service and efficient issue resolution.
