1. Day manager insisted I pay in full to get access to room, even though I provided evidence of payment by Expedia. 2. Rooms smelled of paint or chemicals 3. Halls smelled of paint or chemicals 4. Day 2: No house keeping . I complained to manager - he said I needed to explicitly ask for housekeeping. 5. Towels smelled of smoke or chemicals 6. Day 3: still no house keeping 7. Elevator out of order in AM - my room was on 5th floor.
