Our room was cleaned each day, we received two bottles of water each day, teas. The place is close to dining options and close to M&S food hall. Close to the Waterloo tube station and Westminster station. London eye is close.

Every member of staff were so polite and well mannered and went out of their way to help. We had a twin room which was perfectly adequate for our shopping trip. We had our evening meal in the restaurant on the first night and used room service on the second night. The food was very good. We hope to return for our next shopping trip.

Lovely hotel and close to all you need in London

My arrival was simple and the reception staff are wonderful. I like that I’m asked if I want room service and as I was only there two nights, so I said that I didn’t need one. I didn’t use the restaurant but did get room service and it was quick and well cooked and tasty. I would stay here again without hesitation

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We had three rooms and stayed two nights. It was nice having a sitting area, a place to put on makeup, and the bed was comfortable. It is in a great location. The breakfast was very good.

Very central. Easy to get around London from here! Very close to Waterloo train station, which was a huge plus. The breakfast is not included and rather pricey, but if you have children, they eat free. So, sort of makes up for the price. Rooms were clean, spacious. Staff was wonderful. Would stay again!

Our room was smaller than advertised and had no natural lighting. Our bathtub was clogged and you ended up standing in a puddle of water after your shower. It was never fixxed. The view from the room into a poorly lit cetral courtyard. We had a great view of the elevator shafts and a open hallway.
