Room was spacious and clean. It seems the staff was constantly cleaning and keeping the property in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and a/c was cold! The work space in the room was nice as the work desk had an additional that would swing out adding additional space. The only down side was the wifi speed. I was not able to maintain a Teams audio call. The up and down speed was 9mbps - this is not sufficient for working report and will not support audio, much less video. Overall I will stay here again but will ensure I have plenty of data available on my hot spot if working remote.

They didn’t have our room type (double) available when we got there and gave us a king with a pull out sofa bed (not ideal for a family of 4). There was no bedding for the pull out sofa. Had to go back to the front desk to get bedding to learn there were no pillows. Front desk staff’s handling of the situation was subpar

Had to switch rooms due to shower doors coming off track and getting hung up. No fitness room as advertised. Whoever built hotel di not care about details. In bathroom painted up to the toilet but not behind it. Tile had uneven areas.

Had really early surgery appointment and because we live 2 hours away, we came to spend night closer to hospital. Insulation in walls and ceiling weren't very good. People above were noisy walking around and someone had a dog that barked. Was after midnight before it quieted to be able to rest. Other than noise, motel was great..

Ants in several rooms!

We had to change rooms twice due to ants! The third room was on another floor and the next morning more ants. Needless to say my family did not sleep well due to the fear of being bitten by ants and we had a 6 hour drive the next morning. I am a Hilton Member so I am usually pretty confident about my stay but unfortunately this was a tragedy.

Seemed liked a pretty new hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast isn’t great. They just had cereal, bagels, and hard boiled eggs. Hopefully that will change to a hot breakfast later on, but overall this is a very nice hotel.

It was nice, quiet and comfortable, family friendly. However, when we arrived at 2am nobody came out of the managers office in the back for 20ish minutes. There was a line of people waiting to be helped. When he came out there was no apologies, just a “I guess you want to check in” … Not very professional or convenient when you’re traveling especially with little ones just trying to get to the room to rest.
