This was my second time in this hotel and the first time I had stayed in the main building but this time I was on building #4. I love the pool and hot tubs area with very nice bathrooms. Their breakfast is fantastic and its priced separately. There are two restaurants which make it very convenient at the end of the day especially because the dining options are scarce. Their bedrooms can use a renovation, especially the curtains and the bathrooms.

Our family was very cozy here. The property was convenient and walkable. The pool was clean and quite big for indoors. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet, and the pizza restaurant served great pizza and salad. Staff was helpful and responsive.

Accommodation not met

There was a problem with the booking. I was verbally promised a room on the 2nd floor as all rooms were taken on the 1st floor when I booked in Feb. However, upon check in I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I have mobility issues and there isn’t an elevator. The hotel apologized and said it was because I booked through hotels .com and that it wasn’t noted on my reservation. The hotel gave me a voucher for two free buffet breakfasts and a small box of chocolates, which was appreciated. In future, I will make sure that my special request is noted on the booking receipt and I get the name of the person that I spoke with or I will book directly with the property.

Poor value. I paid over 600./night for our room that was an extremely dated. Knobs off on drawer pulls and shower dial barely attached. Worst part was there was no outside window-faced inside pool area and was very noisy until pool closed at 10pm. On yhe website they show very nice updated rooms but in reality not the case. If they would’ve just said we are giving you a room not yet updated for a lesser price I would’ve understood. No ac. They said it’s part of their “eco…” something. Even when it was cool outside, our room was very stuffy. The little old white fan they left for us didn’t help much. All of this said, staff are so great, food in restaurants is very good. Location was an easy walk to tourist shuttles. Value just isn’t there and I went to other places to see options

The Inn is in a great spot—so close to all of the National Park highlights. But it is expensive for what you get. Our room was dated and small. Older carpet—we had better rooms in motels that cost under $100 per night. Lots of things cost extra as well. But the restaurants are good and it’s very convenient.

It is not a kid friendly place. If you are staying in building 5, you need to take your all luggage to 3rd floor by all yourself. No help is provided. It becomes very noisy and good, they have earplugs in the drawer.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Lake Louise Inn. The room lacked basic amenities like a microwave and fridge, which made it very inconvenient. On top of that, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Would not recommend for anyone expecting comfort or convenience.

Loved that there was a shuttle that took us to Lake Louise (since you cannot park there) ... really loved the gazebo where there was live music and an open fire pit inside and all you need to make s'mores ... great way to spend an evening in the mountains!!!

Great location. But for $700 CAD/night they should offer much more. Just because of location they are charging such a big amount for stay. But stay is just like any other motel. For such a price, they should arrange rides to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. Or atleast give a free ride to places where the buses start. Ridiculous in terms of pricing, but great vacation spot.
