Terrible. Dirty, not updated in amenities or style, booked presidential suite. We could not wait to leave and go get a shower! If it wasn’t a quick trip we would have found another hotel. Water was luke warm, the suite ac was not central AC, barely any lighting, Luke warm water, all different colored light bulbs. We didn’t want to sit on the furniture. Ghetto! If you are use to an updated nice clean luxury suite or casino hotel. DO NOT BOOK here. Nothing updated. Sketchy. $280 for one night in this joke of a suite. I was dooped!

This is my forth stay here and it is always pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. I was disappointed in the room this time. I almost fell off the toilet because the seat is completely broken and the shower needs some CLR or something. the walls looked really bad.

Staff and lobby was fantastic. Breakfast was hot and good. Unfortunately, the room was not at all nice enough to be considered a suite. Trim missing for fire sprinklers, floor uneven, hot water was barely warm. No usb outlets anywhere to plug in a phone cord. Small pillows, they were the size of a throw pillow. Air conditioner runs at all times even when on auto.

Hotel did not have the room i reserved 11 days in advance. Claimed it was due to overbooking via 3rd party. Offered me a room that was not satisfactory compared to the room i reserved. Upon informing the front desk that the room they tried to switch me to was unacceptable, i was told its either that or no stay there and no refund. I contacted expedia to help mitigate the situation. The front desk gave a different story to them. This time i was unable to have the room due to an incident with a previous guest. Upon speeking with the cleaning staff, i learned that a baseball team from out of town booked all the rooms. Im not sure what to believe at this point. And due to them not having my reserved room available for me to stay in, i checked out a day early to get a different hotel with a more accommodating room. I was informed i would not be refunded the 2nd night of my stay as i "accepted their offer of a replacement room", however, there was no paperwork signed and i never approved the roo. Switch. The night shift front desk clerk was very rude and unwilling to work with me. She then proceeded to tell a different story to expedia about the rooms being unavailable, so im not sure who got lied to. I will never be staying with this hotel again. The poor management of reservations and blatent lies from the front desk are beyond unacceptable. They have left me no choice but to contact my bank to dispute charges for this trip. I would leave zero stars if it was an option.

Went for a quick trip and the stay was great!! Location, price, accommodations, cleanliness were all great for the stay. I would definitely stay there again.
