Last time I stayed at this property was January 2025 and I decided I wouldn’t go back. The name is now Hawthorne so I missed the connection and booked it. I was pleasantly surprised at how much nicer it is. The updates are nice. It was an enjoyable stay.

Bed was way to soft, I sleep on my sides, and when I woke up my back was messed up because apparently I slept in a "Hammock". Also the area/parking lot was sketchy

Room and hotel was good. But we had a suite with kitchen area and there was no silverware, plates, cups or anything else to use in the kitchen area. Asked at front desk and they said they did not have them. This should have been disclosed as what good is a kitchen area if you don’t have things to eat with?
