My wife and I are frequent, loyal guests, staying at your location every two weeks. The property is incredible—the rooms are decent and the service, in general, is excellent.
However, we have encountered significant issues with the front desk staff, who are consistently very rude and disrespectful.
Specifically, we received very poor treatment recently regarding your 100-mile cash deposit policy. We were not allowed to speak or explain our situation, and the interaction was highly disrespectful.
