" First of all while checking in the desk agent asked for a $250.00 room deposit? The room was small, the hot water barley worked, and the water had a distinct smell. Like rusted pipes. The property is in the Spenard area of Anchorage, meaning homeless all around. This is not a place worth staying at.. Terrible experience. "

"The room was absolutely horrible! Dirty, dirty sheets, floor bathroom. Dust was so thick in the coffee pot. Asked to be moved to another room. They moved me and that room was just has bad. The second room had food dried to the wall behind trash can and paint falling down from ceiling in bathroom. Would not ever go back to that hotel. Also asked for a refund the next day and got the run around. The assistant manager is the one who checked me in and moved me to the second room. Front desk employee didn’t get the manager for me. Finally took me standing at front desk for over a hour to get to talk to someone. I kept asking to talk with someone and they would just sit there and not say anything to me, or let me know if they where on there way. Very very dissatisfied with the whole thing. Spent a lot of money on a disgusting hotel and was along way away from home. I did go to a different hotel and had to pay for another hotel. I checked this place out before I booked and everything looked good. The pictures of the hotel looked nice! Get there and it’s run down dirty and stinky. Very bad advertising also! "
