Between my room not being the correct one, the guy next to me was terribly sick as i could hear him hacking most of the night, and on the street side rooms, when the clubs let out, WHEW, better not be tired. Woke from a dead sleep to street races and drunk people yelling and screaming.

Wish I had paid more attention to location. Once inside the hotel the room was OK although a bit dated and in need of some small repairs. The lobby and lounge were very nice and we appreciated not having to leave the hotel for dinner (limited menu but worked well for us) and breakfast. No meals included with room cost however food prices were very reasonable.

I got charged 250 extra dollars I don't smoke but my credit card showed a charge from them that wasn't even true

Bad check in experience as the room smelled like smoke. Also, didn't understand if this was the Aviator or the Lofts. Hotel lay out was lacking as only one floor was level with elevator. The other floors had stairs to access. Staff, with the exception of Christian, was lacking of knowledge or desire to help, especially the night guy. The shower didnt drain well and stood in shower water

Drug deals being done outside of the hotel. Not in a good part of town. The train was loud late in the evening and early in the morning so could not sleep in. People digging in the dumpsters.

We were looking for a hotel with bus parking, laundry and at a fair price. Having stayed here several times under previous banners, Holiday Inn and Howard Johnson we knew about the history and gave it a chance. New fuurnature will be welcome but even now she's a good deal.

Had a great stay. Hotel staff were great and very friendly. The location was convenient for activities downtown.

Well they add a deposit and claim you will get the money back in 48 hours like the rental cars . not making sense since they have your credit card number. The clerk checked me out one day prior for what I paid for. Orbitz charge rate 56 dollar daily. For two days. Ok. I was charged 118 olus 100 additional if then they will return my deposit. Pretty shady hotel .

Booked online reservations with the options Of complimentary breakfast and Shuttle rides. None where available due to a slow season was the answer from the front desk I got there. Lights went out entire building for 6 hours , rude about the whole situation and every time I walked in from my daily activities I kept getting harass about If I had a room there. There also said to use the main entrance for entering and exiting the hotel smh. Never again poor

Not fancy, but clean, convenient, friendly. Great place for Hunter, Fisherman, working person. Best price in Anchorage. Homeless in area only bad part!

This place was great will stay here again. Stayed in the King size bedroom with nice view of Anchorage.

My room faced a busy street and it was very noisy all night long , so - no sleep. Also I was itching all over, bedbugs? The bathroom ,especially the toilet, was not clean. I think the only positive about this hotel was, that the hotel staff was friendly.

Older hotel with few upgrades. The maid left her dirty cleaning rag on the coffee machine. Cracked tiles and dirty carpets in the hall.

We enjoyed this place. it was quiet and clean. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. the restaurant was convenient and well priced. It was also a low key nightclub/music venue but the sound level wasn't disturbing. in fact we couldn't hear it in our room.

Easy walk to everything. Big swap met next door on weekends. Train station 2 blocks away. About $20 from the airport. The hotel is not fancy.. No coffee maker. Many young people.

Quiet, peaceful, and enjoyable. Still the same old building but they have got better on cleaning.

Decent little spot close to all anchorage has to offer. The "gym" is a few stationary bikes and treadmills and the pool was under construction. Would have been nice to burn off some calories. It's not a romantic getaway, but for a clean place to crash with hot showers close to everything you can't beat it for the price.

A lot of drunks around the hotel, it was hard for me to sleep.

Lots of shopping and dining close. They were remodeling the hotel as I was there. They delivered a new bed to my room and were replacing the carpet and painting the halls.

This is the perfect hotel for the location it is at. The staff is all very nice and helpful. But the cleanliness is not the best. Everyday they would either not clean or room or forget something in our room and we would have to ask for it.
