Unfortunately I had the unfortunate experience of having a king suite which was barely the size of a super 8 twin the bed was comfortable in large however the room was small. Also the yard lights from the parking lot were visible in my room and actually were shining in my bed. The curtains do not block the light from the yard lights in the parking lot or the sunlight in the morning. The airport shuttle was currently out of commission so the solution was to have a taxi cab take me to the hotel where it was validated that was acceptable. However when I had to get back to the airport that was on me that is unacceptable. Also because of covid there is no continental breakfast the breakfast consists of choices between two hard-boiled eggs a orange and some other miscellaneous pre-packaged garbage. If you are not going to have breakfast served because of covid please state so on your website. The room overall satisfaction would probably be 2 out of 5 stars the room was clean the bed was comfortable but for the price I was expecting a little bit more. I would not stay again in the current state it's in. As for the breakfast I've stayed other places during this pandemic and they've had other options that were almost online with a McDonald's type breakfast that was pre-made so that you could pick it up basically it feels like they went the absolute cheapest route to still be considered having a breakfast.

It is clean and close to the airport. They did have coffee available at 4am.

The staff here are VERY warm, inviting, and friendly. Due to covid the breakfast was limited but that was to be expected. The hotel was in a great location. It was easy to get there from the airport and easy to get around town.

Staff was very friendly and professional but the room was not very clean. There was hair all in the bathroom floor and the main floor in room was not vacuumed

Betty at the desk was so very helpful and was super sweet.

They never make bacon 2 days in a row but will yave sausage for 3 days in a row and there usually not cooked thourghly

Car got broken into. Window smashed. Hotel management did not care at all.

What is there to like? Drug users in the parking lot, broken toilet seat in the bathroom, peeling paint on the ceiling, dogs barking in adjoining rooms and people bouncing on the floors above you getting ready for the Olympics. Enjoy your stay.

Easy check in. Decent area close to the airport. PEICE was GREAT!!!

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel and offer your comments about your visit. I am sorry that your night was disturbed by the parking lot lights. A well-lit area is so important at times when guests leave and arrive in the dark. We will look into some blackout drapes. We are disappointed, as well, that we are restricted from offering our usual continental breakfast fare. It is a hope of ours to be able to open fully soon. We hope you might visit us again in the future when you can.

Staff was very friendly and professional but the room was not very clean. There was hair all in the bathroom floor and the main floor in room was not vacuumed
