The room was very nice. The lobby was outdated and the lighting was poor

Everything worked in the room ! Indoor Pool out of service, Indoor Hottub/Pool out of service

The room was a little dirty, there was no hand soap and the shampoo, body wash in the shower was empty. The staff was super nice. But we asked for the sheets to be changed & they left them in a trash bag outside the door. Not sure if those were Covid related or not. Over all nice place. But they should hire security for the homeless & intoxicated people wandering around the parking lot

1)Neighbors above us kept Pounding every step they took with no regards that There Are People In the Room Below Them Trying To Sleep! 2)11:55 pm had to also endure neighbors above us having a yelling match with a lot of "F" Bombs flying out of their mouths. 3)1:13 am neighbors above us again Pounding, threw something against the wall because I heard it slide down and then some kind of glass sound hit the floor. (This is when I couldn't take anymore of this Rude behavior & went downstairs to notify the front desk about the behaviors my family & I have had to put up with during our stay.) She said, "Give them 8 minutes & if they continue, give me a call at the front desk & she'll take care of them for me." *There is No Pool Use and yet Alyeska's Olympic-sized pool is open. *A disappointing bag with some form of waffle, a chew bar, small container of orange juice (like our kids get in their cafeteria lunch) & a bottle of water was their form of Breakfast for hotel guests. *Upon checking out on the morning of the 14th, the employee at the desk was terribly rude, unfriendly, had an attitude & never smiled. She griped at my 10 year old son, my husband & I for not wearing a mask as we were walking from the elevator to the front door & yet the gentleman she was talking to in the lobby wasn't wearing a mask either. My family & I have been visiting your hotel for years because to us, it was the best hotel in Anchorage to us but this by far is the worst stay ever. We will not be back.

Pros The room was nice. Liked having a full refrigerator and kitchen set up. Short distance to restaurants, grocery store, planet fitness and other shops. Cons Air conditioner got loud at night and room wouldn't get below 70 degrees.

It’s a good location for mid-town shopping if you are not renting a vehicle. It was very clean, good condition and had cooking facilities that were necessary during the restaurant closures due to COVID19. It was a bit of an odd layout with the bathroom door opening into direct view of the bed making it a bit less private than I prefer and turning on the light at night bothersome to spouse.

The staff was very nice. What i did not like was out room had used false eyelashes under the bed and someones toe nail clippings on the carpet.

The price was much higher than quoted, and every night was more. Manager was completely inept, could not even make very basic change. Took him literally 15 minutes counting and recounting to make change for $234 from $ 240. Instead of being able to rely on the plans we made 6 weeks prior had to waste time figuring out every nite where we were going to stay. Beyond disappointed in Orbitz and this location. Would never recommend either!!

I checked out on Saturday after seeing a live bedbug in the shower crawling around. Staff tried to call it a black beetle but it was clearly a bed bug. I have a video of it on my phone.

Nice hotel. a plastic bag was left over the smoke detector. I'm not sure why.

Room had everything we wanted also enjoyed breakfast

Was good, decent location, friendly service. But a bit on the expensive side.

Well maintained, clean, comfortable digs close to attractions in Anchorage

Staff was awesome everyday. Ok now that I am home filling out this review and it won't let me submit it w/o saying more, I would rate the rating system as "terrible"

Everything i need is in this hotel! From a fully accessible kitchen to a swimming pool and gym. Great location too!

Nice fresh breakfast, awesome staff. Would stay again

I just had a one night stay. I was impressed with kitchenette in the room and the breakfast they put out in the morning. I would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

Beautiful room. We enjoyed it. Next time we will have to bring stuff to swim.

Very clean, modern. Room very comfortable. Front desk greeting was OK but everything else great.

I stayed one night and was well taken care of. It was a little expensive but I also stayed over a weekend with a lot of local events.

Dear Janet, Thank you for taking the time to do a review for us. I am sorry that our pool and hot tub were down during your stay. Unfortunately sometimes it takes a while to get parts to Alaska. I am happy to report that both are up and running. if your travels bring you back to Anchorage I hope that you will choose to stay with us. Lind regards,
