Luxury Condo in Excellent Location

This condo is close to downtown and was perfect for my needs. It is stocked with everything you could need and the comfy bed was wonderful. Highly recommend this comfortable condo!

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family. Decorated so cute, fluffy towels, clean linens, all the dishes needed (even a Instant Pot!) AMAZING views. Hot tub. Easy walking to downtown shopping and restaurants. Do yourself a favor and rent this place!!

Awesome Views, Clean, Great Location

Loved unit C at Captain Cooke’s private property here in Anchorage! Easy access to the unit, great communication from host, clean, walk to everything in Anchorage, safe, fun! Perfect size for my husband & I but could easily sleep 2 children on living room pullout too. Would recommend and return!

THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL!!!!!

One of the best places I have stayed at. It was clean, had ALL the amenities, and vacasa made everything extremely user friendly and seamless. We had a later flight so I seriously appreciated the late check out offer (we got to stay until 2pm!!) for an affordable price. Being able to unwind at the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing, travel, hiking, etc. was perfect. The bed was quite firm but it was pretty good! Overall, wish I could stay at a place like this one on every vacation!

I don't know where to begin. Everything about this very exciting trip was amazing. The staff at Vacasa has the absolute best customer service and they went over and above to make sure my stay was perfect. I had a hiccup with my bank thinking my purchase to Vacasa was fraudulent and I didn't notice until it was time to nearly fly out that my booking was not secured. But the wonderful Vacasa agent stayed on the phone with me until we got everything straightened out. Now the condo and location are truly the best. You are centrally located to everything downtown and you are in perfect walking distance to activities, gift shops and eateries. The home itself was better than the photos. I am OCD lol but this condo was so clean and comfortable I felt like hmmmmm I have nothing to complain about and I'm sure my husband was very happy about that ☺️. Please treat yourself and book this location. I will say that the walls can seem thin as there are 2 other units on the property, but that was not an issue we all respected the quite times. Thank you Vacasa we will always utilize your services for our vacation needs when possible.

Beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 5 nights unexpectedly during our time in Anchorage. It was a lovely place to hunker down for a few days. It has everything you need, and things you don’t but which are a bonus, such as a fire pit and a private hot tub. You can walk into the ‘city’ in 5-10 minutes, and there is a lovely cafe just up the street. You can also get to the coastal trail within 5 minutes for a beautiful walk, or hire a bike from just down the road and ride it. This property is new to being rented out we believe and we had a few hiccups, but Cait from Vicasa was amazingly responsive and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely rent from Vicasa again. Their customer service is amazing. Be aware that this property is part of a triplex, and you have a neighbor, who’s spa is viewable from your kitchen, and a common entry. We were lucky we had no one around from day 2-5 so it was peaceful. But people arriving on our last night was noisy at a very late hour as there is a common entry. And if there are people staying upstairs it may be noisy. Apart from those, we would stay here again. Perhaps gather some friends and rent the larger upstairs property which is stunning!
