The hotels system was not running the way it should have been which isnt necessarily the fault of the staff but it meant no room keys were being given so you have to get someone to escort you anywhere including the pool, and they were writing card information down on paper and promising to shred it later which is very uncomfortable. There has to be a better way to handle this issue.

Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast was the best buffet we had in a hotel in quite awhile (usually the eggs are runny or dried out). The pool was cold but appeared clean.
