Restaurant was closed one day because power outages.. but room service fsiled miserably..we asked for our room to be ckeaned on day 2. No one showed up. We were told we had to request that ahead of time..wgen we arrived no shampoo. No soap. Had to ask 3 people . And didnt get until next day.. pool and hot tub were great.. Breakfast was exceptional

Arrived after check in time, room not ready. I was put in another room, it was clean and comfortable. However, the shower gel was completely empty and there was only 1 small bar of soap by the sink. The entry light by ybe door was burned out. The room was pretty dark. A brighter light and possibly a mirror would have been nice to have in bathroom.

My wife and I were there on Dec. 3. We went to check in and were told the room would be ready in 15 or 20 minutes. it was not ready until an hour and 15 minutes later. Then we were directed to a room that looked at least 50 yards away--far too far for us to walk. We returned to the lobby and were given a smaller room closer by. I asked for some lesser charge as $210 seemed extravagant. This was denied and disappointing. I think you could have done better. The sleep was okay, but the service seemed poor.

The comfortable rooms, the showers, the view, the pool, especially the hot tub, THE KITCHEN STAFF were amazing, the breakfast was SO delicious and everything stayed nice and stocked up as well as the coffee. When I called the front desk and asked for towels, they were quick to be delivered. I love this hotel! Top of my list of my favorite hotels in Anchorage for sure!
