I am writing to report an issue with our recent stay.
Prior to arrival, I called to ask if an extra twin bed could be added to our one-bedroom suite. I was told this would be checked and that if it was not possible, we would keep our original suite. However, upon arrival, we were given a standard room with two twin beds instead. We were informed that our suite had been given to another guest for the first night, despite us having paid for the one-bedroom suite for four nights.
Additionally, the receptionist, Greta, was rude and unhelpful when we raised this issue.
We would appreciate an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.
