Great night in Pasadena! I had to grab a room at the last minute while traveling in the Pasadena area. I found the Hilton on Orbitz for a14 $ before taxes. I was able to check in around 9:30 PM and wanted to get a run in and see the city the next morning so I asked for a late check out. I ended up getting a 1 PM check out which I thought was very generous. I was able to get up take in the city, get some coffee and breakfast, and take an 8.7 mile run out to the Rose Bowl and back. I got a little lost and need it back close to checkout time. The front desk attendant saw me and as I approached her she told me not to worry about it to get a shower and take my time. The only setback is the parking which was $21 a night, a deal in that particular area of Pasadena were people run up the parking garage prices per hour. However, I would say that they should figure out a more affordable means of parking your car as they were plenty of spaces and it seemed like that ricetta been lower. The room view was amazing with mountain views on both sides the 14th floor. The only problem with my room is my coffee maker did not function properly. However, there is a Starbucks in the lobby and plenty of other fantastic coffee places around the area. I highly recommend you spend the night here because the location is perfect and just a short walk away from old town Pasadena.

Everything was great including all the staff we came in contact with. The only thing that was sort of negative was that they had construction going on throughout the hotel. The bright side is that the upgrades look wonderful!

toilets where clogged... they tried to blame it on us but we had not even used them!

Although I paid for my hotel room, I did not show up on the first day of my reservation. They rented the hotel room to someone else, and still charged me for my entire stay. So, they were paid twice for the same room even though I was essentially homeless that night. Plain awful.

Stayed here two nights. Enjoyed both nights. Hotel and staff were excellent. Even had a Starbucks located inside.

mattres too soft, good location and convinient parking, but expensive for being a hotel guest, should be $ 12.00 per night.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Pasadena, Ca. We walked three miles to my daughter's home. This is a safe area. The room was a little smaller and older. It needs a facelift.

I had a last minute trip I needed to make to Pasadena, and fortunately I booked a room at the Hilton Pasadena. The room was clean, I had a great view, and the staff was extremely professional. They did a great job of making sure my stay was comfortable and gave awesome advice on things to check out and restaurants to try.

The Pasadena Hilton exceeded our expectations. Room was nice, staff friendly and easy walk toshops and restaurants

I had a one night stay and it was great. The room was clean and spacious. It met all my requirements and the staff was friendly.

Stayed one night in the Hilton and it was very clean, staff was more than friendly. Would stay here again!!

Stayed in a handicap access room but sure why I was booked there. VERY large room with large bathroom. Windows looked out onto rooftop that was maintenance storage and working area so had people walking by during day. Annoying but OK. Easy access to downtown Pasadena. You pay for parking but the valet service is good.

Staff was very attentive. The room was fine. This survey is irritating.

To expensive, to pricy, to far from downtown Pasadena. About 1 mile walk

This hotel is simply average. If you've stayed at a business focused mid range hotel before this will be exactly the same.

Overall the hotel was OK. The room was nice, but the air conditioner was an in-wall unit and noisy. Even when it was off, the noise from all the other units was quite loud. Coffee and toast for breakfast was spendy at $15. And parking wasn't cheap.

We stayed at the Pasadena Hilton for a long weekend getaway. What a great location - walking distance to coffee shops, cafes and restaurants (both chain and local), shopping and night life in old town Pasadena. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were originally placed into a handicap room (which neither of us are) and the staff were understanding and accomodating to move us into another room wihtout any issue, and even moved our bags for us while we were out for the day. We stopped into the restaurant for a beer and spoke with who we assumed to be the restaurant manager, and had a really nice chat with him about Los Angeles and the surrounding area. There are comfortable chairs in the lobby area to relax in if you need to kill some time. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, sheets were soft and bathroom toiletries were wonderful. I'd definitely stay here again!!!

The Pasadena Hilton should be known for their great staff, front desk was quick and friendly and the Bell staff Great!. The folks in the Hotel were informative, friendly, and down right nice- to everyone.

my parents visited pasadena for a week, and i booked marriot for first 5 days and hilton for the last 2 days ( i simply booked the cheaper one for each period). and apparently my parents liked hilton better, mostly because of better room conditions.

So it was the Hilton and along with that, comes the prestige of the name. It was very clean and a great location for where I needed to be. Maybe this is the norm but there were certain things I would expect to be included in the cost of the room like wifi($9.95 / day) and parking ($18 / day). If I had known this was the case, I would have stayed somewhere else. Everything else was great and the staff was very helpful to find me a place to get some late dinner at 1:00 AM. They even looked up the number and called the IHOP for me. Room was great and very comfortable.
