Little bit noisy, no way heater fan was very loud and very light blanket so had to have the heater on to stay warm.
parking spaces are small but manageable.

The hotel is situated in a not so nice area. Was very scary getting out of the car late at night. Parking spots are very reduced and would definitely get door dinged if your car actually fit in one parking stall. I took up 1 1/2 stalls. The room had an oder when we walked in. Needs updating

I was in Pasadena to direct, for TV, the Rose Parade broadcast network pool feed . This location was close enough but outside the parade route so on show day I was able to easily return to the hotel. Great staff. They even left a New Years's Eve gift basket in all the rooms (I received one so I assume everyone did).

I always staying here when I’m in town never have any issues even during today times.
The neighborhood came across as a bit sketchy and this came through with signage saying to not leave anything in your car and bolt your room door. There was a grab bag breakfast which was nice, but nothing hot even though California is pretty much open at this point.
Love the location every time I come to So Cal I stay here. Always clean, safe, and updated. I have the best sleep there it’s my decompress go to hotel. Keep up the great management Pasadena location!
I didn’t like the lay out of the hotel, it looked nice on the advertisement but the inside looked like a hotel 6. I got there a little later than desired and the parking lot looked unlit and scary. I didn’t like the fact that I had no access to the lobby to check in and to stand out in the cold to check because of. Covid regulations. I though I would get a nice breakfast according to my booking , but because of Covid I got a brown bag with a banana, yogurt, granola bar and water..What I did like was the actual Room , it was clean, comfortable bed and it was very nice..
My stay at the Best Western was not the best. There was constant noise from both the outside and the room above me. The refrigerator was not working and also had a bad smell. While they did fix the fridge, it was past the time they said they would fix it. The actual room itself could use updating. The paint was peeling from the bathroom door and the sheets had holes in them. Overall, I would not stay here again. I would rather just pay more for better quality.
Waited for over 15mins while front desk was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge myself or two other guest behind waiting in line in the sun. Afterwards, she was nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Never mind the guest who parked in front of room with music blasting Spanish music. Happened twice. Aside from great location and decent rooms, I’d probably stay some where else. We didn’t even stay the full night.
