Room smells bad and not clean also the office member attitude was not really good .. the location and the parking is tourbol.
nothing about the stay matters except I got bed bug bites it's super close to the highway so expect it to be noisy
Front desk man was a bit rude, cant blame him , it was a late night check in. In the morning he was in a better mood. The room had a nice big tv. The bed was not as soft as other places I have stayed at, but for a one night stay it was ok for the price.
In Gordon Lightfoot's song "Sundown" there's a line: "In a room where you do what you don't confess" This is that room. Very plain but comfortable enough. Easy to get to, not too close to anything, cheap, quick check-in. Parking is a tight squeeze.
The hotel was ok but I had no hot water for a shower.
My daughter and I arrived at the room and were disappointed. We were put in a room next to the ice machine and the smoking area. We were told this was a no smoking room, which is what we wanted. When entering the room the window was open and the room smelled of smoke. The mirror behind the bed was concerning and was propped a blanket up to cover it. The bathroom was little to be desired. After fiddling with the handle, we figured out how to turn on the hot water. We were given small hand towels, luckily we had our own. No toiletries, which is fine as we had our own. We were provided a cover blanket that had stains, luckily we had our own. My daughter slept in shorts while I slept in sweats....my daughter woke up with massive bed bug bites...
Both sides of the hotel are by the highway!it was sooooooo noisy and I couldn't sleep the whole night. And there are two weird mirror mirror on the head of the bed.....
The place is very noisy and the room needs lots of TLC, specially the carpet very dusty.
The room was ok .. you get what you pay for. I had a lower floor room .. it was clean .. comfy and easy access to my car. Missing are some chairs an placed to set your lugage .. No mini refege .. And has a cost in vending machine .. if you stay on the weekend .. Parking is difficult .. but the staff made room for my car.. I recommend this motel . V
Last chance motel, no tell. I've b had better accommodations in the middle of jungles.
I am a typical guy who really doesn't need much when i travel. If if came down to it, i would sleep on the floor and be more than happy. I've never written a review for one of these in the past but i was so upset with this hotel that i had to write one. The issue I have with this hotel is that it does not have enough parking spots for the number of rooms they have. And the backside parking is one way in and no way out so unless you are a stunt driver and know how to make your car dance, you will have a hard time getting out. We checked in early, dropped our stuff in the room then headed out to explore the city. We came back to the hotel around 12:30am Sunday morning to realize there were no parking spots left. We tried calling the hotel but since they were at full vacancy, they decided to turn their phone off. We then drove around looking for street parking but this hotel is located right near a freeway entrance/exit so that means absolutely no parking on side streets. We went down to an adjacent residential street and there was a sign that said no parking on this street from 2am-6am except for Sunday. Already annoyed we had to park outside the hotel, we thought we were safe because it was Sunday and that Sunday was an exception to the law. Apparently not. I woke up to move my car at 7 am to find a $40 parking violation ticket on my windshield. So clearly upset, we went to the main office and spoke with one of the employee's who tried to cover himself by saying we should have parked in the church parking lot across the street and that this same thing happened to another guest not long ago. That tells me this must happen quite often. He said the guest went to the Pasadena website, fought the ticket and won. To calm us down and to get rid of us the easiest way possible, he assured us that if we put in a claim on the website, we will win and that the city will reverse the ticket. We fought it and i just got the ruling back... The city upheld the ticket. So he lied to us! I suggest if you want to stay there, make sure they are not at full vacancy or get there early at night so you can get a parking spot and do not move your car or you will find yourself in the same predicament we were faced with.
This motel was at best mediocre, but the price was very good so I can't complain that much. Nice TV and fridge in the room. Bathroom was nice and updated. Nowhere to hang clothes though. Area looked a bit sketchy. Odd smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was nice for the value we paid. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The TV was great and channels were also great. The bathroom was clean as well. Overall was a nice hotel to stay at. Would definitely stay again.
Overall it is ok. The location is convenient and the price is fair. What I found was the interior design is kind of wiered. At first it looked scary to me but later I got used to it.
Great location close to freeway. Nice staff clean room.
The only thing my sister and I liked about our hotel was the location, it was close to the Rose Bowl, which was our destination. My complaints are few: parking space is way too small, the lights in our room did not work, and when we sat on the toilet it would move forward. If you're high maintenance then this motel is not for you (hence it's a motel) The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I give this motel a 6 out of 10
the mirror over the bed was a nice added touch... The bed was rather hard. I could hear every vehicle that passed the hotel. I didn't sleep well there.
The room was great for the money paid. It had the essential necessities. If you're looking for a spacious room I woudnt recommend it, but overall if you just need a place to crash for a few hours it's great!
Good value for the money. Older hotel that was recently remodeled.
Many bed bugs No laundry service Non cooperative staff . 0/5. Service No breakfast Very bad value for money. I think 20$/ night is more than enough for such a service
