Was not able to check in early - $45 fee is a bit much. Was given a key to a room that was not ready-had to go back to reception for a different room. Hotel was old and dingy, could use some updating.

While the bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner in the shower, there was no soap near the sinks, only moisturizer... The only soap was body soap available in the shower, and this persisted over the 3 days that we stayed there so it wasn't a fluke.

This was an awful stay. From having to do a double check-in, to the hotel not even trying to make the accommodations we asked for when booking, to “breakfast” which is only limited cereal options and toast.
