I left after about an hour - having work done at my house — I work at night - needed sleep — took a shower and fell asleep when bang bang bang on my door - staff claiming water was dripping down into office - like there was a sea of water on the floor there was not! Total waste

While the service was fine but understaffed, the shower barely worked with tape over parts of the plumbing. The grounds of the location seemed more like something from Compton than Pasadena - very shabby and kinda shady. Being understaffed might have been the issue. Parking was at times at a premium but the staff was accommodating in this regard.

The Staff member Jennifer was very kind, helpful and understanding and accommodating to our needs for our out of town staycation

Very nice room and friendly staff

The location was ideal for our purposes. Breakfast each morning was excellent!

Room was great! breakfast was great! location was as expected.

The free breakfast was the best! Eggs were home cooked and the pancakes were cooked as they were ordered.

We arrive late at night and the first thing that happened was that we were given a room that had been occupied so we walked into a messy bed and someone’s personal belongings strewn around. Staff was friendly, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel was below average. It was not an easy location if you want to walk around Pasadena as we had imagined. I wouldn’t have felt safe walking around this area . Breakfast was disappointing

Front Desk Agent was very friendly and personable. You can see they put a lot of love into renovating the property. Rooms were neat and clean. Unfornutely the surrounding area still had an unsafe feeling. I was unable to stay our two nights for the safety of my two little girls.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel requires a deposit to make sure people don't trash the place?? Although it looks clean on the surface, there is much room for improvement. Fitness room is a disaster and gets one star. On the plus side, the room was very comfortable and smelled clean. Blackout curtains were exceptional. It was also quiet enough to get some rest except for the usual stomping of patrons upstairs.

The hotel stated they provided breakfast onsite. There was no breakfast provided only a danish and an apple. They also had newly renovated rooms, we were not given one of the nicer rooms. Our rooms was on the far away from the other rooms as if they were trying to hide us.

Wasn't the worst, but at $100 a night.... not a comfortable, pleasing spend. Pretty run down and dated place. Furnishings need to find a new home in a dumpster.

Good value for price. Comfortable and convenient location

Hello anonymous, thank you for the awesome review. We are so glad that we fit the bill for your trip. Our breakfast is excellent, we are not trying to lie about that. The owners love to have a nice fresh breakfast unlike at franchise places that are microwaved and bland. This is Wei at our hotel here, breakfast is a great incentive for staying. We are also glad to see that the rooms did not disappoint as well. Not sure if you got the premium room but if you did not please check those out next time. They are awesome. Have a great week anonymous, God bless you whoever you are.
