We were charged $150 deposit plus a pet fee and then walked to our room where staff took a full video of the room before handing over keys.. later that evening I realized I had the wrong remote for the television so I went to the front desk and instead of just finding the right remote and bringing it, the guy kept coming to her room insisting that he needed to come inside and test the remote even though we are already in bed. The room was very nasty and so was the rest of the property. The elevator did not work. Nothing on the property looks like the picturesPool was gross and closed. There is no one at the front desk until 9:00 a.m. no coffee. I would never stay here again
