Very new and clean. Quite good complimentary breakfast.

The room was extremely clean and the restroom was also sparkling clean.

Everything was perfect, especially rhe room. It was nice, spacious, clean and layout.

$170 extra fees on top of the room rate of $250 to park my car and bring my chihuahua. Outrageous!

room was clean everything worked except for the tv but i didnt care i was out of the room majority of my stay Breakfast was complimentary and a few choices available for every type of diet water and coffee was available all day in the lobby i didnt use the pool or the market the parking was always available only issue was my room key didnt always work to get inside from the parking lot. it was a little annoying to stand there and keep scanning the card . overall great location near mall highway gas station restaurants etc

Clean. Great for our family trip! Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. The lady at the front desk even helped us get food delivered with a free delivery coupon code.

We had a small suite with a kitchen! Brand new furniture, super clean, well designed with an excellent layout, mountain views, huge tv, super comfy bed with reading lights + nightstand lights, very nice bathroom and shower, big outside patio with a swimming pool, staff was extremely nice and curtious, hotel is pet friendly, breakfast included, parking garage (for a fee), only coupes of blocks from Pasadena Old Town! What else would one want?!?!

Great staff, great location, great room. I'd definitely stay again.

If this hotel was considerably less expensive it would be worth it but the cost just did not add up. Pros: The room itself looked very nice and clean, as well as had a good kitchenette with supplies. Cons: My TV was not working. Maintenance was able to come in and fix it but it kept being temperamental even after they left. The bed was lumpy and not comfortable. This was surprising. The breakfast was disgusting. There was very bizarre looking sausage. Also super weak, tinny coffee. If this hotel was way less it would be worthwhile.

Located in Old Town Pasadena near a lot of the things worth seeing, the Residence Inn was well-maintained with a helpful staff.

Nice kitchen area - Close to everything - would stay again

Nice accommodations, friendly staff, close to Old Town and all the expressway, well priced.
