It is a get the job done stay. Clean, breakfast in the lobby, they'll pick you up at the airport, AC worked, quiet. But the location is on Spenard - notorious for homelessness. This location is far away from that and closer to the airport. Not a glamorous, high-end hotel, but they take care of the rooms, and I felt safe. :)

Garbage place to stay. My room didn’t look anything like the pictures. There are drug users hanging around the building and I can smell marijuana everywhere. When I came back from a tour, my room was broken into and my belongings were stolen. Ruined my entire vacation. DO NOT book at this place.

This property is great for an overnight stay before an early morning flight out of Anchorage airport. There is a free shuttle service to airport, which is only a few miles away. The property is an easy Uber or taxi ride from downtown anchorage. The neighborhood is unremarkable but some dining options within easy walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff.

Lady that checked us in was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. First room assigned was dirty. Location is convenient to airport but very busy and a lot of homeless. No bath towel in bathroom so had to use our hand towel. The shower curtain is too short making water get EVERYWHERE.

Room smelled of mildew and old cigarette smoke. Moldy coffee pads in coffee maker. No bathroom light without a sefective & prob dangerous fan that shook the whole room. At midnight, pounding on the door with a demand that I "pay for the meter." Worst stay ever

The room was very very small - not like as advertised in photos of what they put off- Washrooms are terribly small. We disliked even for a night and they are charging more than $100 for such smaller matchbox rooms and washrooms
