I always book Hotels with a bar and a restaurant and it was listed so on Orbitz.com. However the Bar and Restaurant never re-opened after COVID. I would NEVER have booked this room if I had know this, and I feel I paid WAY too much for the stay. Lots of small things not working optimal. Door lock very hard to open, problems with remote, lights and the list goes on, but the biggest issue was the lack of the advertised bar and restaurant.
Women who check me was great. Shower was scalinghot water. I had a possible burned skin. Manager was rude and wouldn’t gi van accident form. I am pretty sure she did some racist remarks under her breath. I would bet that room still has scalding water. Room 202. Worst manager response ever.
Kind of sketchy with homeless people. Not Ramada’s fault. Incredible staff!!!
Nothing to like
This place was a dive so we did not stay there, although we had reservations. All parking up front was full. The only parking was behind or beside the hotel with no hotel access except for the front of the building. When driving around the back of the hotel a person was crawling into the building through an open window. It was a bad neighborhood.
Homelessness around the area, felt unsafe. Unkempt facility
Toilet ran intermittently and noisily all night, not that clean bathroom, no upper sheet, didn't have reserved room, initially given wrong room number and couldn't get in, wifi password contains a dash which we are somehow to know not to use
I liked the maid that let me into my room when my key cards quit working. Otherwise this property should be condemned. I have an open case with Orbitz in regards to my stay here and will be opening one with Ramada as this place has gone off the rails.
This hotel is an expensive version of a motel 6. The property is run down, out of date. The pictures shown on the site are old decieving its customer's. The only thing this place has going for it is that it is down town and close to many amenities.
Not a great place to stay.
Nice three star hotel with a restaurant with breakfast. Close to the Railroad deput for easy walking distance.
Torn rugs, $10 for breakfast. Holes in bedspread, breakfast tables dirty I've staid at many Ramada hotels, this was the worst!
The bathroom floor was in bad need of cleaning. And the room had a free standing portable A/C unit that leaked all over the floor when turned on . So we had to open the patio door and listen to people outside partying until 3 in the morning.
No ammenities. No coffee,no cups,no soap or shampoo.
Room felt dirty. The front desk rep named Cash was very rude. One star!
If you like bums and homeless all over the property go for it. I didn’t feel comfortable. Even the other guest I saw weren’t the best.
