Convenient shuttle to and from the hotel! Walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in Anchorage. Nice to have included breakfast every morning, with some limited selections. Overall, good service and appreciated the accommodations for our family trip with a toddler!

Most of the staff was very helpful. Our rooms were not as booked. The "A/C" was noisy and not suitable Our room had a broken window. One of the curtains was ripped and in need of replacing. The cupboard door in front or the refrigerator wouldn't stay closed creating a safety hazard for old people such as us. The first room we were "given" had a freezer that could not be used since it was frozen on my diabetic ice packs could go in it. I would definitely not recommend ANY ONE STAYING IN THIS FACILITY. 1 OUT OF 10 or worse!!!!

Booked a room for 5 people. They gave us 2 small beds. They could not find a key to housekeeping to get us a cot. The neighborhood is sketchy and the lobby gets locked and no one was at the front desk when we arrived so we had to wait for another guest to let us in. Breakfast was also awful. I would not recommend this hotel.
