Motel was a good value for the dollar. My only negative was it is on the side of town with a lot of crime. I did a lot of walking to the mall and places to eat and did not encounter any issues but I saw people being arrested, and shoplifting openly. Good place to stay, just lock your stuff up.
With unworking hall door and no elevator, moving luggage was difficult. Our room was too hot and no obvious way to cool it.
It was ok. At first I was a little uncomfortable in the area but it turned out to be ok. Checked in very late and left early. The bed was very comfortable.
This is a low end rental in Anchorage and the price aligns. Everything is old and of low quality - but again - that’s expected. The odd part was the amenities. We had a room that slept three. In the room was a fork and 2 spoons, one bath towel and no kitchen towels. Strange. Also no bottle opener. When I asked at from desk they didn’t have one either. also strange. The price is right, but expect nothing.

We've stayed here many times over the decades, it is still "acceptable", but it's age is strikingly apparent. Clean, but lacking in some basics, no cups/glasses, or even hangers. Staff is nice, parking is very handy for a supply shopping trip and nice not to pay tourist rates charged everywhere else.
