Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Bed was comfy, great tv options. They are only doing grab and go sack breakfasts, as I believe all hotels are due to covid. The pool and fitness center are closed and that was a bit disappointing. But overall this is definitely one of the nicer places to stay in anchorage.

Good central location, easy assess to arterial roads yet quiet. Would liked to have had a second chair, beds are not comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.

The room itself was great, and the staff was welcoming too. The reason I rated it in the middle range us because of the actions related to COVID. My favorite part of the stay at the Hampton was the awesome breakfast they’re known for! It’s why I’m willing to pay a little more than what other hotels charge, knowing I won’t have to waste time looking for breakfast. I paid the normal rate the Hampton charges during non-COVID times, but didn’t receive all the normal perks that usually come with it. No breakfast, no coffee, juice, etc..

I didn't like it when I got to my room and there were two men sleeping in the beds when I unlocked the door. They were as surprised as I was. They got me another room, but there was no heat. In the morning it was 58 degrees in the room. The floor in the lobby was dirty. A man mopped it in the morning, when he was done, it was still dirty. They made him mop it again and it was much better. They did let myself and two employees stay and check out at 1:00 so we could work in front of the fireplace in the lobby. The lady at the counter also helped me print out a presentation that we were working on. Very helpful.

Valencia was great! She was super friendly to me and to my son and made aure to tell him about the cookies they make fresh in thr afternoon. Thr pool and hit tub were clean and well maintained. Our rooms were clean and confortable and even though we did have an issue with our renote it was fixed before we even finished breakfast. And the breakfast was great! There were different choices each morning and all were delicious. When we had to stay an extra day for my son's medical procedure, Valencia accommodated us even though i am pretty sure the hotel was overbooked. I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice place great location. Close to many restaurants and a shuttle to the airport.

I would have to say the staff here is the friendliest hotel staff I have ever seen. The hotel is clean, the continental breakfast offers more items than I expected. The only complaints I have about this hotel are the noises coming from the room above and there weren't any towels at the pool. I would recommend this hotel to families.

The pool was under construction and that was the main reason we wanted to stay there (I have two kids). But we weren’t told until after we booked the room. They offered a shuttle to two neighboring hotels with functioning pools. Not convenient, but it was better than nothing. We had initially booked at the Clarion for half the price ($187 for 3 nights) but they told us upon arrival that their pool was down and allowed us to change our reservation without penalty.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The room was a bit warm and lowering the temperature took considerable time. There was also a small issue with the drapes.

You know what you get when you stay at a Hampton and that is what I got nice bed nice size room and a good filling breakfast and a staff that knows the area

Clean rooms, courteous staff. Breakfast could be a little more varied. I just had one day stay on business trip. It is located not too far from down town.

I didn't like it when I got to my room and there were two men sleeping in the beds when I unlocked the door. They were as surprised as I was. They got me another room, but there was no heat. In the morning it was 58 degrees in the room. The floor in the lobby was dirty. A man mopped it in the morning, when he was done, it was still dirty.
