When I’m heckled in they had no rooms and they were going through renovations. The cons is poor command the shuttle was extremely slow. They had to move me to another hotel which had no shuttle service. The pros, I was moved to another hotel.

When we arrived we were told the elevator was broken, our rooms were on the second floor, they moved us to the first floor the next day, to a room where the heater didn't work! When they could not fix it, they said the only other room was on the third floor... without an elevator...no handicap accessible rooms! I had to move all our belongings to another hotel at 11 at night in the snow! I will not be staying at this hotel again!

Beds were comfortable, mini snack area was good. Staff was friendly. Only issue the light when you walk in room was burnt out.

Under major renovation. Pool closed business center closed. Shuttle ordered well in advance failed to show 45 min had to use Uber

We paid for the nicer room with the hottub. The room was clean and nice. Everything worked in the room as expected. I will be extremely glad when Covid is over so breakfast can be served and do away with the grab-n-go sacks. The room was nice, but probably not worth what I paid for it.

Close to the airport. We took the free shuttle. The only minor issue is that we stayed on the first floor in June. The blind could not be pulled all the way down and the sun came through. It was still bright out even after midnight and the sun rises again so early. So for those who are sensitive to light, it may affect your sleep.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Bed was comfy, great tv options. They are only doing grab and go sack breakfasts, as I believe all hotels are due to covid. The pool and fitness center are closed and that was a bit disappointing. But overall this is definitely one of the nicer places to stay in anchorage.

Good central location, easy assess to arterial roads yet quiet. Would liked to have had a second chair, beds are not comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.

The room itself was great, and the staff was welcoming too. The reason I rated it in the middle range us because of the actions related to COVID. My favorite part of the stay at the Hampton was the awesome breakfast they’re known for! It’s why I’m willing to pay a little more than what other hotels charge, knowing I won’t have to waste time looking for breakfast. I paid the normal rate the Hampton charges during non-COVID times, but didn’t receive all the normal perks that usually come with it. No breakfast, no coffee, juice, etc..
