My last night in Alaska . Took 2 hours to check in as the hotel couldn’t find my booking. The senior member of staff was disinterested in resolving the issue, it was ultimately left to a member of staff who had only worked at the property for 5 days . Had it not been for this lady I would still be standing at the reception. As a vegetarian there was 1 choice for an evening meal ! Overpriced hotel there must be better!!
Great views outside and inside, quiet. didn't like the cigaret burns on the tube and toilet.
Our room was 100 feet from Spenard Avenue. It was extremely noisy and we had to turn our fan on high to drown out the noise. Probably would have slept as well in a tent out in the grass.
Very nice facility. Check in was difficult because Expedia did not share the reservation with them.
Overpriced tourist gouging. I’ve paid less for 4-star hotels in Europe. Once tourist season is over the price drops considerably.
Very run down but clean. Staff indifferent. Had to wait to get acknowledge by front desk staff.food very good. Very poor view of parking lot and utility vents
Great location for the airport with an excellent shuttle service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful terrace overlooking the lake.

Nice hotel. Large rooms and unique local decor in the lobby and common rooms. Convenient frequent shuttle to downtown area (and airport).
The room was comfortable and had a coffeemaker. There is a lovely restaurant on premises. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the frozen lake while eating Cajun Halibut Tacos and a Halibut dinner. The airport shuttle runs precisely on the half hour so it’s easy to plan your morning.
It was amazing to have the peace and quiet. The room was comfy and warm.
