Well the heat didn't work in the room so it was cold. Couldn't log in to my Netflix network issues, it just took a long time to check in, they were experiencing issues on their computers. Got in around 3am and just wanted to sleep to catch my next flight at noon. What ever happen to just giving your ID and a Credit Card and you have your room, takes awhile to get your room when all you want to do is rest after a 6 hour flight.

The hotel was really busy with long check in times. The room was quite large but a bit dated. The majority of rooms are along a long corridor far away from the elevators. In a snow storm the paths and parking weren't cleared.

We had the suite and it was very spacious. I stay at the Lakefront several times a year. I love the decor with the taxidermy. The food/bar is good. The hotel could use an update, the carpet needs to be replaced. But the location can’t be beat, especially in the summer when the float planes are landing and taking off. Plus it’s close to the airport with free shuttle service.
