Convenient location in Guelph. Breakfast is not continental and had limited option. If you're looking for hot breakfast, this is not the hotel. Our experience was not good. The toilet above us was leaking directly into ours making washroom unusable. It's a persisted problem as we could see the ceiling had been patched before. We were given another bathroom to use after we complained but felt the management could have done more.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nothing special. Suite was nice but bleach residue left on cabinets and no bedding for the pull out couch. There was plenty storage for bags, shoes etc. Mini fridge with a freezer was a nice touch. Price was too high for what it was though.

Had a good stay, through the staff weren't overly helpful when I had a question about the security deposit. Nice rooms, pool was adequate though sandy in the hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good! We will definitely go again.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed how the rooms did not have carpet and were stocked with hygienics that smelt nice. The hotel was quiet during our stay, even though there was a lot of people. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The complentary breakfast in the morning had a selection of yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, muffins and hard boiled eggs..

Called hotel to see if have hot tub and pool, was told yes, then manager was pushy about booking room. Real pushy. Checked in , not overly impressed, went to go to pool. Then told the pool and hot tub is closed. No coffee maker in room. The shower was just warm, couldn't get it any hotter. Hotel looks nice , but not impressed with facilities

Stay was good. Had booked through a group rate but had to cancel because they wouldn’t let us modify the amount of days we needed to stay without our rates going up which was disappointing. Also there was mention of pool being closed which is a perk we chose this hotel for.
