Host is very responsive and the house is just as described. It was perfect for our visit to the area. Short drives to the Disney parks, and 2 day trips to Daytona and New Smyrna Beach.

This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The house was so clean! The thing we loved the most was all the added amenities in the house. They provided hand soap, towel, dish soap, dish towels, laundry detergent, and trash bags. They even had strollers although we ended up renting one for our stay. The biggest shocker was they had box fans!! A bunch of different perfectly noisy fans in each closet so we didn’t have to use our noise machine we got for this trip (we are used to sleeping with a box fan). Everything was all so thoughtful and we will definitely be staying here again for all our future Orlando trips!

Great place to stay. Near Disney and close to restaurants and stores. Enough space for a family to spread out and have their own space. Great communication with the host. They handle a situation on our stay that they handle efficiently and professionally. They made us feel like family which made our family vacation memorable.

We enjoyed our stay the house looks just like the pictures it’s very spacious. We spent a lot of time out back where the pool is and everything was super clean and tidy. I loved the view from out back especially and cooking in the kitchen was easy because of all of the utensils provided 10/10

We had a wonderful stay here, all the essential amenities were there. Beautiful home with comfortable beds, huge kitchen and always love washer/dryer so to go home with clean clothes. Very nice gated, quiet community. We enjoyed the Metro diner and Woodsby Cafe. We also enjoyed Disney springs and Old Town. Best part was just relaxing by the pool.

House was perfect for our group of 4. Everyone had their own private space. Pool area was a favorite, whether having our coffee and breakfast out by the pool, or sitting in the hot tub after a long day at a theme park. Very relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Kissimmee for our Disney vacation. The home was spotless and very clean, with everything in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after long days at the parks. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing! Stop right here; look no further. This is where you want to spend your vacation or business trip. My family and I were impressed from the moment we drove up to the property. Everything we could need was provided. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. There was one issue - hardly worth mentioning - but I bring it up because it was immediately resolved and the owner deserves a spotlight.

This home was super clean. The decorations were beautiful. The hosts were prompt with communication. This was a great home for a family gathering in a quiet neighborhood. Will try to stay again when I'm back in Orlando.

Summer 2025 trip

This was a very nice house. Matched the description online. We didn't use the garage area, but it had a nice foosball table in it. The pool was clean; the spa was nice. We felt safe in the subdivision and the surrounding area. It's close to a Walmart for groceries. There is a small park in the back. If you have younger kids, they might enjoy it. A nice walking path through the neighborhood. We had one minor inconvenience, and messaged the property owners and heard back from them very quickly. Because it was later in the day, and not a major issue, they let us know someone would be out the next day to fix it. The person was out the next day, like we were told. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house

My 19 year old son and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting Disney. The house was clean and the pool was perfect. It’s close to the parks which was great. There’s a Walmart and plenty of places to eat close by. The host immediately responded when I reached out. I will definitely be staying here again!
