this is a short hop to disneyworld where we were meeting family members as part of a memorial for my sisters husband, i am certain many will take advantage of the location and the price for being this close. with this in ind this is an economy lodging. the bed was comfortable, there was no coffee service in the room but there was a fridge and i think a microwave.. the plug was missing from the sink, there was mold around the soap dispensers and where one would place soap in the tub. we found it to be just what we paid for a bed to sleep, close location and safe parking.

It was great. Quiet, clean, great staff and near Disney. My only issue was my key card not working twice and there are two bed matresses laying in the corner of the parking lot. Not a good look there.

I realize that this was a sleep-only place, so my expectations were low. It’s a great location with ample parking. However, I woke up with bugs all over me, my daughter and my stuff. I came in exhausted late the night before. There were a million signatures needed. How would I know it was basically a Willy Wonka in the chocolate factory anything goes type contract. Ridiculous. Next morning, I went to the office with pix the actual bugs in my stuff. They DID offer me another room. But c’mon, the sheets were all laundered together. Isolated to one room? No way. I asked for a partial refund. No dice. Orbitz went to bat for me. No dice. Ghosted. RIDICULOUS. This shouldn’t even be an option on Orbitz. Never had a problem before. Never. Beware.
