Indoor pool was clean with none of that indoor pool smell. Exercise room large with many equipment options. Pool hours were long. Staff, cleanliness of property was exceptional. Close to airport. Only negative is that they could provide more food options at breakfast

Service was prompt and very friendly. No problems checking in, and checking out. Room was very clean and tidy. Pillows were a bit stiff, but bed was comfy. Pool was good, but hot tub had some issues with most of the jets not working. Overall, stay was very good!

Nice and clean.

Rae at check in was super friendly. She was able to help us do an early check in with no problems. She makes you feel so warm and welcome. The room itself was very clean. Breakfast had a nice spread.

Upon arrival the hotel smelled great throughout and that was the case for the entire stay. The gym was very clean and all the equipment well maintained and of great quallity (new look). The staff was helpful and pleasant. The Italian restaurant on sight was a delight! I enjoyed my stay, though short, I will return.

It was quiet and peaceful. We couldn't hear anyone around us. Check in was fast and the staff was very friendly every time we talked to them or walked through the lobby. Great job!

Building on the outside was in really rough shape. Inside the room looked like a quick flip house. So it was pleasing to look at but the more you looked the more you found needed repair. There was no water fountain in the entire hotel. So to fill water bottles sinks were the only option. The breakfast was not allergen friendly and it was always over crowded. The showers were low pressure at times. The pool was fun but small. Parking was a challenge often needed to park in the back lot which was poorly lit and felt really uncomfortable to leave your car there or walk alone.
