Great hotel for a short visit. Staff were great and room was modern and bright. Super comfy bed. We stayed on the top floor near the end of the hall. They do have a quiet time from 10-7 am.

Room was very nice and clean. The coffee pot didn't work, even though the power light was on, would not brew. Had trouble with electrical wall outlets. Charger plugs for tablet and phone would only go in a couple of them, otherwise had to go around the room to find one that would work. Morning desk clerk said one of the 'switches' by the door was a power switch for plug-ins - maybe that should be marked/labeled. Otherwise, had no clue as to what that switch was for.

Second shift front desk guy was great. Recommended a nearby restaurant that I tried & liked. Chatted me up on return. Nice guy. Conducted my check in/ registration with professionalism. Breakfast was really nice. Lots of good stuff to choose from. Quiet, spacious (hearing impaired) room.

We stayed one night while visiting family in the area. The staff was very friendly and professional. Our room and the hotel as a whole were very clean. There was a wide variety of food available for breakfast. We had a queen suite. The bed my wife and I slept on had a very firm mattress. The mattress on my son's bed had a large, deep impression on it.

Room was extremely comfortable and clean and quiet. Lobby was very nice; breakfast was good, coffee was excellent. Was visiting grandchildren and husband needed to stay and work, so we asked for and received late check-out at no extra charge. One of the best experiences I've had recently. We visit KC frequently, and will likely stay here again.

Room and bathroom floor were a little dirty and the bathroom needed some maintenance (loose shower panel, loose bathroom shelf, loose baseboard tile). Other then what I would consider minor issues I would stay here again for the price. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the actual room was comfortable.
