This place is very dirty and filthy. The heater was not even working. Where is bedbugs all over this place is so filthy and it’s run all by Indians. This place needs to be shut down completely.

First of all the the whole hotel wasn't very clean and then I ended up getting bed bugs from the room I stayed in and when I went back on my way back into town to talk to them about it. The whole staff was dressed very unprofessional, they all had sweats on with holes or paint spots on their clothes. The gentlemen (manager) whom I spoke with said he hadn't had any complaints and took me up to the room which was already torn apart and said there weren't any proof of bed bugs. I definitely will not ever stay there again or recommend this pace to anyone. I even showed him the bites on my arms and they didn't even offer me a partial refund.

Very nice clean and very affordable rooms, including the pet friendly rooms. I’ve brought my dog Hadley with me several times and the staff is just as friendly with my dog as they are with me and my human family. Hadley is normally timid in unfamiliar places/people but she caught on quickly about the hotel and struts around like she owns the place 😊

Shuttle to the airport was fine, it was getting one to pick us up that was the problem. Waited 25 minutes outside for them and the temp outside was may 25 degrees! As far as we know, they spoke no English either.

Jetts on the jacuzzi didnt work. Water DID get hot quickly. Large cold breeze under the ac/heat union after looking it was held up a 2x4. Furniture in the room was broke down. Tv on dresser with a large tv mount exposed above. Closet mirror was janky try to close. Not enough towels (2)for being a rm with jacuzzi. Crumbs on top of fridge. Table seemed not wiped down. Room felt grimey.

By the time I arrived to breakfast they only had oatmeal muffins, so I was telling my friend I wish there were more options. A lady overheard the conversation and brought other options blueberry, chocolate, etc. I was pleasantly surprised.
