I loved the property, everything was great i didnt get room service while i stayed so dont know about that and breakfast was great too i loved it its a good place, if you dont get your hopes high you will not be disappointed

The property is not how listed in photos, limited staff and only offer room cleaning upon request. The breakfast is cold in a bag, half a Costco muffin, apple, yogurt and juice box. This is not stated on the website which was very disappointing.

Our bathroom was big but the shower head was a hand held one and it constantly spilled water out and on the floor. Tripping hazard. No hook for the shower head. And staff lazy to bring extra towels to the room which wasn’t far. One lady was miserable and rude on the phone. Beds abit small and slanting

Lock was intermittant, Lights in Bathroom were like a Strobe light,... Transition between flooring mediums was raised so i kept catching my bare foot on it. The worst was that the hot Tub had no Jets!!! this photo gives a grandiose atmosphere, which it is not. it is however,.. Downtown where you can walk to most things downtown. The bed was comfortable, .. but for the life of me, I have no idea why the toilet is 16" off the ground? Very curious!! The place was fine, just don't think you are staying at the Ritz. Cheers, C

I loved the location. It wasnt too close to the center of town, but close enough that i could still walk. Bus stop is very close ehich was helpful for me as well. Tons of restaurants within a 5 minute drive or a 15-30 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful and accomodating, especially because i needed to check in early. Would definitely stay here again.
