After the 3rd night of my 4 night stay at Comfort Suites Baymeadows Near Butler Blvd, I requested housekeeping at 12:00 PM so I could return from a workout, shower, and prepare for a scheduled appointment. When I returned at 1:30 PM, my room had not been cleaned. At the front desk, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and a lack of urgency, despite explaining that I was in wet clothes and under time constraints. When I asked to temporarily use another room solely to shower, I was treated rudely and faced significant resistance. Accommodation was only provided after I insisted on speaking with management, and I was assured my room would be cleaned during that time. After showering, my key card was deactivated, requiring another trip to the front desk. Upon returning, my room was still uncleaned. Multiple phone calls to the front desk went unanswered, forcing yet another in-person visit. The staff response was dismissive and unprofessional. Housekeeping did not arrive for an additional 30 minutes, and my room was not cleaned until approximately 2:30 PM, causing me to miss and reschedule my appointment. Due to these repeated service failures, lack of basic hospitality, and the impact on my personal and professional obligations, I am requesting reimbursement for one full night of my stay. I also request that this matter be reviewed to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Llegando nos dieron una habitación que al entrar olía mal. Bajamos a recepción y solo tenían una en el primer piso frente al comedor y nos dijeron que era la única y que quizás escucharíamos bulla pero igualmente acepté porque es preferible esa . En líneas generales lo demás fue todo normal , el personal atento, el desayuno es básico. Las toallas estaban feas algunas un poco rotas

The hotel was quiet and i felt pretty safe. The front Desk employee Rena could have been a little more friendly upon guest arrival. The room was clean but did have a slight mildew damp smell that I didnt like. The doors are worn and need replacing so make sure to use both locks. I still felt safe. The breakfast was basically a waffle bar and other breakfast options. It would nice if the coffee could be accessible all day instead just during breakfast, up until 9am. The breakfast meat option was sausage something else would've been nice. Overall I would stay there again. Everything was nice and clean and safe.

Staff in the front desk are really nice very friendly and accommodating but not impressed with the cleanliness,didn’t clean the room we have to asked for towels etc.hoping the housekeeping are changing the bed,sheets and inside sheets including the bed cover for the next customer!need also the real eggs for breakfast!
