Beautiful stone Tudor, 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the foothills of Cayuga Heights. This house offers all the comforts expected and desired. The back patio is a hidden slice of Italy in the hills of Ithaca NY. Located steps away from Ithaca Falls, Stewart Park, The Farmers Market and mere minutes on foot from The Downtown Ithaca Commons. Cornell is a great walk (up hill) or a quick drive. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, great kitchen, and amazing outdoor space. A private home for your vacation or graduation weekend!
