The complimentary breakfast was really nice and the food was always fresh. The room was clean and fresh-smelling. Only had an issue trying to close the curtains completely. The right side got stuck.

The person who checked us in was nice. However, she did not share with us that the pool was out of service until after we paid for the room. The elevator smelled like dirty diapers. The light in our suite did not work. The bedroom sheets, blankets, and curtains were stained. The bed squeaked every time we rolled over. We could hear our neighbor snoring, people talking, every car that drove by, and every door that opened/closed in the hallway. There was only one single serve coffee available in the room. The tub faucet did not work. The TVs are very old. They do not allow for streaming, and they randomly turn off. Also, the free wifi is one bar at best. I have never had such a horrible night sleep, which is saying something, considering I am a travel nurse who has been in over a dozen different states.

The staff were very friendly. There were stains on the furniture, beetles in the bathroom, cobwebs in the doorway and spiders, but the tub, toilet and sink were clean and beds comfortable. Overall a decent place to stay. thank you

Bugs haven, spider is having a baby on the window , more than 15 rollie pollie running in the bathroom , cockroaches under the sink cabinets and corners of the room. Silverfish bug crawling on the bed. Very filthy. To suggest a health department visit.

Due to a concert in town the room was $291.00 for one night. There was dust and mold in the shower. The pool was out of service. The bathroom sink was clogged and the shower head almost falling off.

The staff at check-in was extremely pleasant. The furniture in the room had an extremely worn chair, faded marks on the sofa (like nail polish) and broken/missing handles on a dresser. Beds were comfortable. The free breakfast and staff in that room was great. HUGE pothole in driveway - dangerous. Like I titled, it needs some attention.

So the MAIN thing I wanted was a pool. I check in and of course it's (out of order). So... why am I STILL paying full price let alone it said pet friendly. After being told this they asked if I had a pet. I said yes a 4 lb Yorkie that is being picked up within 30 mins of check in. So what did they do...added $50.00 for a pet fee after I already paid for the róom the day before. I get a pet fee, but after the pool, telling them the dog would only be here 30 mins and they couldn't wave that for already inconveniencing me and my party.... NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.... (And I used to own a motel yrs ago).
