We had a big room with a suite
This was a good basic hotel stay for one night. Beds were comfortable everything was clean. The amount of space in the two bed suite is really great. Having a couch and a chair in a separate little room was fantastic. The heating was a little weird. The area near the window was really cold even though it said it was 72° in the room. It was impossible to get onto the free Wi-Fi. And housekeeping started to try to come into our room at like 9 o’clock in the morning. Even the checkout time is 12. They tried more than once even with the do not disturb sign on the door knob. Not a big deal. Just a little annoying. I would stay here again though; it’s very convenient Ithaca and Ithaca College.

The room doors are peeling. Our room was very large snd comfortable but the bathroom floor was not well cleaned.
Breakfast could improve, however, I did appreciate the cookies at the reception
Not very clean. Tap in the shower was broken. Heating system very noisy. The coffee machine was not clean with the coffee waste from the previous occupant still left in it.
The room had a soaking tub in the main room, which was okay. But there were no extra towels provided. We had to ask for them. And a shower wand would have been really nice so you can rinse the bubbles off without having to walk to the shower in the bathroom. Plus, the view of the parking lot was not what was expected, or described, when I booked. And the sheer curtains were insufficient. So, the blackout curtains had to be drawn at all times for privacy. A second floor version of this room would be much more enjoyable.
This hotel is clean and smells fine. There is not wifi, even though they advertise that there is. The pool and hot tub are “in repair” but it appears nothing is being done. The staff was nice enough. The complimentary breakfast is sufficient. The coffee downstairs is sufficient. Depending on what you want from your hotel, this hotel is stay able. We did not need a pool or hot tub, but wifi would have been nice. The bathroom and bedroom felt clean and comfortable. The location was very good for us.

Nice place to stay near the parks. People were friendly and it was clean. I liked that it seemed older and had charm.
LGBTQ and Pet Friendly. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Very polite and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable!
Pleasant spacious rooms, and the staff worked really hard to make our stay enjoyable! We had a couple minor repairs/ service items and staff responded promptly to address those. The Inn was BUSY! i think it was holiday and post covid travel , so services like breakfast service were bustling and busy. Staff did their best to keep up. Breakfast room was clean, and breakfast was nice to have each morning. Next door- there is a lovely Bakery/ breakfast- lunch restaurant ! Very delighted to find that spot next door. My only comment is again likely due to coming back from Covid -- and has to do with cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. I would expect more from a Radisson property-- grounds/ gardens need upkeep, weeds and even some trash are on the grounds, carpets need cleaning, laundry room and pool water are less clean than expected. Each on its own is not worth mentioning but as a whole , seems in some disarray.
Popcorn in the grill part of the heater. Could not get into the hot tub. The custodian put in chemicals which took 1 hour to dissolve and I had to check out. The reason we book there is to use the the hot tub after a 4 hour drive. I will look for another hotel.
The location was easy to find. Close to restaurant and college. the bed was comfortable.
